Abstract

본 발명은 스테로이드계 소염제-함유 친수성 중합체 매트릭스층, 비투과성 지지막 및 박리형 라이너로 구성된 구내염 치료용 패취제 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르는 패취제는 적용 부위에 지속적으로 치료약물을 방출하여 국소적 치료효과를 장시간 유지시키며, 또한 상처부위를 타액이나 그밖의 자극으로 부터 보고하여 치료효과를 상승시킬 수 있다.The present invention relates to a patch for treating stomatitis consisting of a steroidal anti-inflammatory agent-containing hydrophilic polymer matrix layer, a non-permeable support membrane and a peelable liner, and a method for producing the same.
