Abstract
본 발명은 기존의 소각시스템으로 처리하기가 곤란한 산업폐기물을 완벽하게 소각하기 위한 소각방법 및 소각장치에 관한 것으로, 일정온도에 이르기까지 가열실을 예열한 후, 가열실을 소정의 온도로 가열하여 유동물질을 가열실에 넣어 압축공기로 난류 상태를 이루고, 고형폐기물, 석탄분말 또는 슬럿지 성분의 가연성 고형물을 압축공기와 함께 가열실에 넣어 연소시켜 발생되는 연소가스를 배기시키는 과정에서 원심분리로 분진을 제거하고, 열교환기를 통과할때 연소가스의 폐열을 회수하고, 컨칭챔버와 벤츄리스크라버와 습식스크라버에서 스프레이로 형성된 물막에서 분진 및 대기오염 물질을 제거한뒤 배기시키는 유동층 연소장치를 구성하고, 유동층 장치의 중간부위에서 플랜지를 형성한 구성에 의해 소각장치가 상하로 분리되고, 이동식 유동층 소각로의 경우에는 분리조립 가능한 유동층 소각장치 콘테이너체에 설치하여 이동가능하게 하여 사용상에 많은 잇점이 있는 것이다.The present invention relates to an incineration method and an incineration apparatus for completely incineration of industrial waste, which is difficult to treat with the existing incineration system, and after preheating the heating chamber to a predetermined temperature, the heating chamber is heated to a predetermined temperature.
