본 고안은 사출금형에 있어서, 제품을 취출하기전에 제품과 스크랩 사이의 게이트를 자동적으로 절단시킬 수 있도록한 게이트 절단장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a gate cutting device in an injection mold, which enables to automatically cut the gate between the product and the scrap before taking out the product.

종래에도 게이트를 절단하는 장치가 일부 안출된바 있었으나, 이는 대부분이 슬라이드코어의 동작에 따라 게이트가 절단되도록 되어 있었기 때문에 슬라이드코어의 동작을 규제하여야 하는 문제점이 있었고 또 슬라이드코어를 설치하지 않는 금형장치에 있어서는 제품과 스크랩 사이의 게이트를 자동적으로 절단시키지 못하고 수작업으로 절단하여야 하는 점등의 문제점이 있었다.In the past, a device for cutting a gate has been partially devised.
