본 고안은 사출금형에서 모니터의 프론트 커버와 같은 제품을 성형한후 취출시킬때 손상을 방지 할 수 있게 파팅록(parting lock)을 이용하여 2단 취출시킬 수 있게한 취출장치에 관한 것으로서, 특히 사출금형의 가동측 설치판과 상,하 밀판 사이에 파팅록을 설치하고, 이에 연결하여 란나 밀핀을 설치하여 제품 성형후 란나 밀핀과 파팅록에 의해 2단 취출되도록 하여 제품의 손상을 방지하여 제품을 성형하여 줄 수 있도록 한 파팅록을 이용한 사출금형의 란나 밀핀 2단 취출장치에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a ejection device that allows two-stage ejection by using a parting lock to prevent damage when ejecting a product such as a front cover of a monitor from an injection mold.
