Abstract
본 발명은, 폴리프로필렌사 (이하 PP사라 칭함)의 싸이징제의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 카세인, 가성소오다 및 아민을 물에 투입하여 승온 40∼50℃에서 1∼2시간 반응시킨 제조액과, 또한 할로겐화 폴리프로필렌과 지방산을 혼합용해시키어 유기 용제 PP분자량을 30만 이하로 하여서 고속 교반한 제조액을, 서로 고속 교반 반응진행시키어, PP사의 싸이징제를 얻는 것을 목적으로 한다.The present invention relates to a method for producing a sizing agent of polypropylene yarn (hereinafter referred to as PP yarn), wherein casein, caustic soda and amine are added to water and reacted at an elevated temperature of 40 to 50 ° C. for 1 to 2 hours.
