Abstract
본 발명은 1개 이상의 부직웹층 및 1개의 종이층을 함유하는 수음파 결합된 다층 재료에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 또한 상기 층들을 수음파 결합시키는 것으로 이루어진 상기 다층 재료를 형성시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.

제1도는 수음파 에너지를 이용하여 본 발명의 다층 재료를 결합시키는 장치의 개략도,
제2도는 제1도의 A-A선을 따라 절취한 제1도에 도시된 이송장치의 단면도,
제3도는 부직 웹/종이층의 조합에 초음파 진동이 가해지는 제1도에 도시된 점선 영역의 개략도.
Claims (23)
- 부직웹으로 형성된 표면층과 종이층으로 이루어지고, 이들 층이 수음파 결합에 의해 합께 접합된 다층 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부직웹이 멜트블로운 웹 또는 스펀본드형 웹으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 다층 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부직웹이 스펀본드형 웹인 다층 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부직웹이 1종 이상의 폴리올레핀, 폴리에스테르, 나일론, 카프롤락탐, 폴리비닐 알코올 또는 열가소성 엘라스토머로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 재료로 형성된 것인 다층 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부직웹이 스펀본드형 폴리에틸렌으로 형성된 것인 다층 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 약 155.0g/cm2(약 1kg/in2)이상의 층간 결합력을 갖는 것인 다층 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 약 315.0g/cm2(약 1kg/in2)이상의 층간 결합력을 갖는 것인 다층 재료.
- 부직웹으로 형성된 제1표면층, 내부 종이층 및 부직웹으로 형성된 제2표면층으로 이루어지고, 이들 층이 수음파 결합에 의해 함께 접합된 다층 재료.
- 제8항에 있어서, 부직웹들이 각각 멜트블로운 웹 또는 스펀본드형 웹으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 다층 재료.
- 제8항에 있어서, 부직웹들이 각각 스펀본드형 웹인 다층 재료.
- 제8항에 있어서, 부직웹들이 각각 1종 이상의 폴리올레핀, 폴리에스테르, 나일론, 카프롤락탐, 폴리비닐알코올 또는 열가소성 엘라스토머로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택된 재료로 형성된 것인 다층 재료.
- 제8항에 있어서, 부직웹들이 각각 스펀본드형 폴리에틸렌으로 형성된 것인 다층 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 약 155.0g/cm2(약 1kg/in2)이상의 층간 결합력을 갖는 것인 다층 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 약 310.0g/cm2(약 1kg/in2)이상의 층간 결합력을 갖는 것인 다층 재료.
- 네키드 결합된 스펀본드형 웹으로 형성된 제1표면층, 박리된 종이 재료로 형성된 내부층 및 네키드 결합된 스펀본드형 웹으로 형성된 제2표면층으로 이루어지고 이들 층이 수음파 결합에 의해 함께 접합된 탄성 다층 재료.
- 제15항에 있어서, 부직웹들이 각각 멜트블로운 웹 또는 스펀본드형 웹으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 다층 재료.
- 제15항에 있어서, 부직웹들이 각각 스펀본드형 웹인 다층 재료.
- 제15항에 있어서, 부직웹들이 각각 1종 이상의 폴리올레핀, 폴리에스테르, 나일론, 카프롤락탐, 폴리비닐알코올 또는 열가소성 엘라스토머로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택된 재료로 형성된 것인 다층 재료.
- 제15항에 있어서, 부직웹들이 각각 스펀본드형 폴리에틸렌으로 형성된 것인 다층 재료.
- 제15항에 있어서, 약 155.0g/cm2(약 1kg/in2)이상의 층간 결합력을 갖는 것인 다층 재료.
- 제15항에 있어서, 약 310.0g/cm2(약 1kg/in2)이상의 층간 결합력을 갖는 것인 다층 재료.
- 부직웹을 제공하는 단계, 종이층을 부직웹 상에 가지런히 놓는 단계 및 부직웹을 종이층에 수음파 결합시키는 단계로 이루어진 다층 재료의 형성방법.
- 제22항에 있어서, 추가로 수음파 결합단계 전에 종이층의 표면상에 제2부직웹을 가지런히 놓은 단계를 포함하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
