Abstract

손잡이부의 일측단에 각각 다른 용도의 작업날이 십자형상으로 형성된 가동부재와 이 가동부재와 하나의 힌지부를 이루며, 가위질 운동이 가능하게 되며, 상기한 작업날과 동일한 구조의 작업날이 형성된 손잡이부를 갖는 가동부재를 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기한 1쌍의 작업날에 의해 형성되는 제1작업부, 상기한 1쌍의 작업날에 의해 이루어지는 제2작업부, 상기한 1쌍의 작업날에 의해 이루어지는 제3작업부, 상기한 12쌍의 작업날에 의해 이루어지는 제4작업부들이 힌지부를 작용접으로 동시에 벌려지거나 오므려지는 작용이 이루어지도록 구성한 다용도 공구를 제공한다.

제1도는 본 발명에 의한 다용도 공구의 사시도이다.
제2도는 본 발명에 의한 다용도 공구의 정면도이다.
제3도는 본 발명에 관련하는 조정렌치부의 분해 사시도,
제4도는 제3도의 측단면도.

Claims (11)

  1. 핀을 중심으로 회동하는 힌지부가 형성되어 일측으로 손잡이가 연장되는 한쌍의 가동부재들과; 상기 가동부재의 힌지부 외측으로 상기 손잡이의 조작에 의해 벌림과 오므라짐을 수행하며 가공물의 절단이 이루어지게 하는 제1작업부와; 상기 제1작업부의 대략 직각 위치에 가동부재와 일체로 성형되며 상기 힌지부를 중심적으로 벌림과 오므라짐을 수행하며, 작업물 물림을 위한 조오 및 그 내측으로 호형으로 파여지게 하여 미세 삼각돌기의 세레이션이 형성되는 제2작업부와; 상기 제2작업부의 타측으로 가동부재와 일체로 성형되며, 힌지부를 중심으로 벌림과 오므라짐을 수행하는 작업날의 일측 끝단을 평판하게 성형한 햄머가 구비되는 제3작업부와; 상기 제1,2,3작업부 들을 제외한 위치로 이와 대략 십자형으로 배열되며, 상기 힌지부를 중심으로 벌림과 오므라짐을 수행하여 서로 다른 크기의 물림날들이 성형되는 스트리퍼가 설치되어 전선외피를 벗기는 제4작업부로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 다용도 공구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1작업부는 니퍼와 가위를 포함하여서 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 다용도 공구.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제2작업부에는 커터가 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 다용도 공구.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제3작업부에는 작업날의 경계에 호형으로 파여지는 홈부에 삼각돌기들을 반복 성형하는 큰 세레이션이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 다용도 공구
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제4작업부에는 전기를 접속시키는 단자와 전선의 접합부를 가압하는 압착기가 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 다용도 공구.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가동부재들의 후단으로 연장되는 손잡이부중 최소한 어느 한곳에는 "-"자형 내지는 "+"자형의 드라이버를 수납할 수 있는 수납홈을 파여지게 하고, 드라이버의 설치시 이탈을 방지하는 리테이너 수단이 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 다용도 공구.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1,2,3작업부의 작업날들중 어느 하나에는 외측면으로 일부 트여지는 가이드 구멍을 뚫어지게 하여, 꺽인 못의 교정과 못의 박힘 안내가 이루어지도록 함을 특징으로 하는 다용도 공구.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가동부재의 일측으로 그 내부에서 스프링이 탄력 설치되어 돌출된 볼이 돌출되는 4각 돌기부가 형성되어 소켓렌치와 결합토록 함을 특징으로 하는 다용도 공구.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 힌지부의 주위에는 가동부재가 벌어진 상태에서 일치된 위치에 일측의 가동부재에는 암나사로된 볼트절단 구멍들과, 타측의 가동부재에는 이 볼트절단 구멍보다 직경이 다소 큰 구멍들을 이 힌지부의 중심으로 부터 일정거리에 서로 다른 직경으로 뚫어지게 함을 특징으로 하는 다용도 공구.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 리테이너 수단은 홈부의 내측으로 영구자석을 구정설치하여 금속재로 된 드라이버가 자착(磁着)되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 다용도 공구.
  11. 핀을 중심으로 회동하는 힌지부가 형성되어 일측으로 손잡이가 연장되는 한쌍의 가동부재들과; 상기 가동부재의 힌지부 외측으로 상기 손잡이의 조작에 의해 벌림과 오므라짐을 수행하며, 가공물의 절단 내지는 타격과 고정작업중 어느 한 공정이 수행될 수 있는 작업부가 형성된 것에 있어서; 상기 가동부재에는 이에 일체로 성형되는 고정조우와; 이 가동부재의 내부로 파여진 채널에 위치되며, 그 일측단에 고정 설치되는 간격조절노브의 조절에 따라 나선부를 진행토록 진행토록 회전하는 리드 스크류와; 이 리드 스크류와 결합되는 위치로 나사부가 상단에 형성된 가동조우로 구성된 렌치조정부가 상기 가동부재에 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 다용도 공구.
