본 발명은, 장척의 포백을 연속적으로 감량처리하는데 유효한 포백의 연속감량처리 장치에 관한 것으로서. 감량처리액을 함침하게한 포백 (1)을 공급처리하는 고온다습반응실(7)내의 포백공급구(10) 근처에, 그 반응실(7)내에 공급된 포백 (1)을 급속가열하기 위한 가열수단(11)을 배설하고, 이 가열수단(11)에 의한 포백 (1)의 가열에 의해서, 반응실(11)내에 공급된 포백 (1)에의 드레인부착을 미연에 방지하고, 이에 의해 감량처리액에 의한 감량 가공을 유효하고도 고품질로 처리가공을 할 수 있는 감량처리장치를 제공하는 것이다

  1. 처리액을 함침한 포백을 공급해서 고온다습하에서 습열반응처리하는 습열반응실에 있어서. 그 습열반응실 내부의 포백 공급구에 접근해서, 그 습열반응처리 실내에 공급된 함액포백을 습열 반응처리 실내의 온도가까이 까지 즉석에서 가열하기 위한 가열수단을 배설한 것을 특징으로 하는 포백의 연속처리장치.
