본 발명의 전착욕은 하기 일반식의 우레탄을 포함한다
Rl-NHCOO-R2
상기식에서, R1은 알킬 또는 일반식 B1-NH-B2-[X-B3]n-의 그룹이고, R2는 일반식 -(C3H70)y-R 또는그룹이며, R은 C1-C18-알킬이고, y는 0내지 4이며, B1은 수소 알킬 또는 일반식 -COOR2의 그룹이고, B2및 B3은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며, C2-C14-알킬렌이고, n은 0내지 5의 정수이며, X는 -O-, -S-, -NH- 또는 〉N- (Cl-C4)-알킬이고, R3은 수소, 알킬, 알케닐, 하이드록시 알킬, 페닐 또는 알킬페닐이며, R4및 R5는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고, 수소 또는 C1-C4-알킬이며, A는 직접 결합하거나, 그룹 -0- -CH2O- 또는 -CH20CO-중의 하나이다. 당해 전착욕 중에 이들 우레탄을 도입시키면. 아연 도긍한 기판의 표면 결함이 상당량 감소된다.

Claims (7)
- 하기 일반식의 우레탄을 포함하는 전착욕Rl-NHCOO-R2상기식에서, R1은 C4-C22-알킬, 바람직하게는 C10-C15-알킬 또는 일반식 B1-NH-B2-[X-B3]n-의 그룹이고, R2일반식 -(C2H40)y-R1, -(C3H70)y-R- 또는그룹이며. R은 C1-C18알킬이고, y는 0내지 4이며, B1은 수소. C1-C18-알킬 또는 일반식 -COOR2의 그룹이고, B2및 B3은 동일하거나 상이할 수 있으며. C2-Cl4-알킬렌이고. n은 0내지 5의 정수이며, X는 -O-, -S-, -NH- 또는 〉N- (Cl-C4)-알킬이고, R3은 수소, C1-C18-알킬, 하이드록시 알킬, 페닐, C1-C18-알킬페닐 또는 C2-C10-알케닐이며, R4및 R5는 동일하거나 상이할 수 있고, 수소 또는 C1-C4-알킬이며, A는 직접 결합하거나, 그룹 -0- -CH2O- 또는 -CH20CO-중의 하나이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하기 일반식의 우레탄을 포함하는 전착욕R1-NHCOO-R2상기식에서, R1은 C4-C22-알킬이고. R2는 일반식의 그룹 (여기서, R3, R4, R5및 A는 제1항에 정의한 바와 갇다)이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 음극 침착가능한 결합제를 포함하는 전착욕.
- 7111창애 밌어서. 양이온성 아미노-우떼탄 수지를 포함하는 전착욕
- 제1항에 있어서, 양이온성 아민-개질된 에폭시 수지를 포함하는 전착욕.
- 기판을 하나 이상의 음극 침착가능한 합성 수지를 함유하는 수성 전착욕 (이때, 전착욕은 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 우레탄을 함유한다)에 액침시키고. 기판을 음극으로서 접촉시키며, 직류를 적용하여 막을 기판 위에 침착시키고 기판을 전착역으로부터 꺼낸 다음, 침착된 피막을 스토빙시킴을 특징으로 하여, 전기전도성 기판을 피복하는 방법.
