Abstract

본 발명은 폴리숙신이미드류(polysuccinimides) 의 제조방법, 특히, 폴리(알킬렌 글리콜)내에서 아스파르트산(aspartic acid), 임의로 기타 아미노산들로부터 폴리숙신이미드류를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다, 본 발명의 방법은 (a) 폴리(알킬렌 글리콜), 아스파르트산, 및 임의의 하나 또는 그 이상의 아미노산들의 중합 혼합물을 형성하고; (b) 그 혼합물을 고온으로 가열시키고; (c) 폴리숙신이미드류가 형성되도록 그 혼합물을 고온에서 유지시키는 단계들을 포함한다.

Claims (14)

  1. (a) 폴리(알킬렌 글리콜), 아스파르트산, 및 임의의 하나 또는 그 이상의 다른 아미노산들의 중합 혼합물을 형성하고; (b) 그 혼합물을 고온으로 가열시키고; (c) 폴리숙신이미드류가 형성되도록 그 혼합물을 고온에서 유지시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리숙신이미드류의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리(알킬렌 글리콜)이 폴리(테트라메틸렌 글리콜), 폴리(알킬렌 글리콜),폴리(프로필렌 글리콜); 및 한쪽 말단 또는 양쪽 말단들이 카르복시산들, 탄소수 1-30의 알킬기들, 아민들, 탄소수 1-10의알킬아민들, 및 그 조합에 의하여 종결된 폴리(테트라메틸렌 글리콜), 폴리(알킬렌 글리콜), 폴리(프로필렌 글리콜)로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리(알킬렌 글리콜)이 티에틸 글리콜, 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜), 메틸-종결 폴리(알킬렌 글리콜), 및 폴리(프로필렌 글리콜)로 부터 선택된 것인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리(알킬렌 글리콜)이 폴리(에틸렌 글리콜)인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 중합 혼합물이 아스파르트산 대비 2-90wt% 수준으로 폴리(알킬렌 글리콜)을 함유하는 것인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 중합 혼합물이 아스파르트산 대비 20-90wt% 수준으로 폴리(알킬렌 글리콜)을 함유하는 것인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 중합 혼합물이 아스파르트산 대비 30-85wt% 수준으로 폴리(알킬렌 글리콜)을 함유하는 것인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 하나 또는 그 이상의 다른 아미노산들이 알라닌, 그리신, 리신, 아스파라긴 및 글루탐산으로부터 선택된 것인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 하나 또는 그 이상의 다른 아미노산들이 알라닌인 것인 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서,중합 혼합물이 아스파르트산 기준으로 80wt%까지의 수준으로 하나 또는 그 이상의 다른 아미노산들을 함유하는 것인 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서,중합 혼합물이 아스파르트산 기준으로 5-70wt%까지의 수준으로 하나 또는 그 이상의 다른 아미노산들을 함유하는 것인 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서,중합 혼합물이 아스파르트산 기준으로 10-60wt%까지의 수준으로 하나 또는 그 이상의 다른 아미노산들을 함유하는 것인 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상응하는 폴리(아미노산)이 형성되도록 폴리숙신이미드류를 가수분해시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물이 산소가 없는 분위기에서 고온으로 유지되는 것인 방법.
