Abstract

본 발명은 이소시아네이트의 이합체화를 위한 촉매로서 사용되는 말단에 또는 결사슬에 이미다졸기가 결합되어 있는 중합체 사슬로 이루어진 촉매적으로 활성인 중합체 화합물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 이미다졸기가 반응성기를 통해 중합체 사슬의 말단에 및/또는 결사슬에 결합되어 있는 촉매적으로 활성인 중합체 화합물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 이미다졸기상에 치환기가 위치할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 촉매적으로 활성인 중합체 화합물.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 중합체 사슬에 가지고 있고, 그리고/또는 교차결합될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 촉매적으로 활성인 중합체 화합물.
  4. 제1항 또는 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 다른 중합체와 배합될 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 촉매적으로 활성인 중합체 화합물.
  5. 이미다졸 함유 반응성기를 이미다졸의 반응성기와 반응할 수 있는 말단기 및/또는 결사슬기를 함유하는 사슬을 갖는 중합체와 반응성기와 반응시키는 것으로 이루어지는 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 따른 촉매적으로 활성인 중합체 화합물의 제조방법.
  6. 이소시아네이트의 이합체화를 위한 촉매로서, 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 따른는 촉매적으로 활성인 중합체를 사용하는 방법.
  7. 사용되는 촉매가 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 따르는 촉매적으로 활성인 중합체 화합물인, 촉매의 존재하에 단량체 이소시아네이트를 반응시킴으로서 이소시아네이트를 이합체화 시키는 방법.
