본 고안은 승용차의 내부 도어 트림의 손잡이에 관한 것으로 상단에 부착되는 합성수지재 성형물인 로킹하우징에 연결되는 손잡이를 탄력적으로 결합시킬 수 있게한 것이다.The present invention relates to a handle of an inner door trim of a car, and to enable elastic coupling of a handle connected to a locking housing which is a synthetic resin molded product attached to the top.
종래 손잡이 유형은 대개발포성형물 또는 합성수지 사출로된 사양이 주로 적용되어 지고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 전자의 발포성형물은 촉감은 좋으나 설계사양에 의해 우레탄등의 발포 제품에 제작되면 사양변경이 따를때 소재 특성상 수정이 불가능하며 발포액을 부풀리어 빈공간으로 채워지는 공정으로 인해 불량율 발생 빈도수가 많고 치수 안정성이 떨어지는 결점이 있어 많은 곤란을 받게 되며 가격이 비싼 관계로 경쟁력이 떨어져 고급차종이 아니면 기피하는 경향이 있다. 후자의 합성수지 사출형은 설계자의 의향을 거의 반영할 수 있다는 장점과 가격도 싼 편이어서 대량 생산이 가능한 소형차에 많이 적용되는 편이다. 그러나 금형에서 상, 하형의 경계면에 파팅라인이 생겨 승차자가 손잡이를 잡았을때 촉감이 좋지 않게 된다. 또한 합성수지 사출로된 제품의 상호결합시 한쪽면(캡)에 발 또는 돌출부를 내어 상대편(케이스) 홈이나 외벽의 턱에 장착되게 하는데 대개의 경우 탄성부족으로 발 또는 돌출부가 부러지는 경향이 많고 결합되었더라도 탄력적으로 체결되지 않게 되어 주행중 진동으로 인한 소음의 원인이 되며 문을 여닫을때 충격으로 캡이 벌어지는 경향이 있어 교환해야 되는 결점이 있었다.Conventional handle type can be seen that the specification is mainly applied to large development moldings or plastic injection.
