Abstract

액체용 필터 카트리지는 하우징(1, 5)내에 제거가능하게 수용될 수 있도록 형성되며. 유연한 두개의 와셔 (10, 11)에 고정부착되는 두개의 단부를 구리한 지그패그 형태로 접혀지는 종이로 핀 관상필터요소(7)로 구성된다.
카트리지는 그 자체로는 중앙 강화부재를 구비하지 않으며, 그 와셔는 하우징내의 포함되는 다공성 강성관(7)의 적절한 환상 베어링 표면(T, 15)과 밀봉상태를 형성하기 위해 직접 공동작용한다. 따라서, 카트리지는 사용후에 쉽게 폐기되거나 분해될수 있다.

Claims (3)

  1. 중앙에 구멍이 형성되지 않은 강성관 및 두개의 유연한 와셔(10,11)에 확고히 고정부착되는 두 단부를 구비하는 접혀지는 형태의 종이로 된 관상 필터요소(9)를 포함하는 필터 카트리지와, 필터 카트리지를 수용하고 원통형 탱크(1)와 덮개(5)로 이루어지는 하우징으로 구성되는 액체용 필터에 있어서, 필터는 덮개위에 축방향으로 설치되는 다공성 강성관(7)을 포함하며, 관의 외경은 카트리지(8)의 내경과 동일하고, 관은 적어도 카트리지와 끼워맞춤된 덮개가 탱크상에 설치될 때 카트리지의 두 와셔(10,11)가 자동으로 놓여지게 되는 두 단부에서 환상 베어링표면(T, 15)을 제공함을 특징으로 하는 액체용 필터.
  2. 제1항에 따른 필터에 적절히 사용되는 필터 카트리지에 있어서, 와셔중 하나의 와셔(10)의 내경은 필터요소(9)의 내경보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 액체용 필터.
  3. 제1항에 따른 필터에 적절히 사용되고 제2항에 따른 필터 카트리지가 내장되는 하우징에 있어서, 강성관(7)의 환상 베어링 표면중 하나는 카트리지 와셔(10)의 방사상 림(12)에 놓이지 적절한 상기 관의 단자 축방향 가장자리(T)이고, 상기 림은 상기 카트리지의 내표면에서 방사상 방향으로 내측으로 돌기하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체용 필터.
