Claims (8)
- 환자의 시야결손 감지장치에 있어서, (a) 환자에 의한 관찰을 위하여 콘트래스트와 무늬가 충분히 균등하게 비추어진 대상 : (b) 상기 대상이 환자에게 겨우 보일 때까지 환자에 의해서 감지된대로 상기 대상에 대한 명시도를 변화시키기 위한 장치 : 그리고 (c) 상기 대상을 관찰하면서 환자에 의해서 각 눈으로 따로따로 관찰된 시야결손의 존재를 기록하기 위한 장치; 를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시야결손 감지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 대상은 백색배경의 암슬리 그리드(12)인 것을 특징으로 하는 시야결손 감지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기대상에 대한 명시도를 변환시키기 위한 상시 장치는 태(20) : 환자의 눈과 시각의 일직선이 되어 상기 태(20)에 회전에 저항하도록 장착되고 충분히 투명한 편강재료로부터 구성되는 한쌍의 내측렌즈(34) : 상기 한쌍의 내측렌즈(34)와 시각의 일직선이 되어 상기 한쌍의 내측렌즈(34)에 대하여 회전에 알맞게 장착되고 충분히 투명한 편광재료로부터 구성되며, 상기 한쌍의 내측(34) 및 외측렌즈(50)를 통하여 집단으로 투과하도록 허용된 빛의 양을 변환시키면서 상기 한쌍의 내측렌즈에 대하여 90°각도에 걸쳐 회전하고, 환자에 의해서 감지된대로 상기 대상에 대한 명시도가 증가되게 하거나 감소되게 하면서 상기 내측렌즈(34)에 대하여 선택적으로 독립적으로 회전하는 한쌍의 외측렌즈(50),를 포함하고 있고, 환자의 눈앞에 위치시키기 위한 한쌍의 안경인 것을 특징으로 하는 시야결손 감지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 시야결손의 존재를 기록하기 위한 상기 장치는 시야결손에 해당하는 암슬러 그리드(12)상의 영역에 직접적으로 확인하기 위하여 환자에 의해서 사용되는 연필을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시야결손 감지장치.
- 환자의 시야결손 감지장치에 있어서, (a) 환자에 의한 관찰을 위하여 콘트레스트와 무늬가 충분히 균등하게 비추어진 대상 : (b) 태(20) : 환자의 눈과 시각의 일직선이 되어 태에 회전에 저항하도록 장착되고 충분히 투명한 편강재로부터 구성되는 한쌍의 내측렌즈(34) : 상기 한 쌍의 내측렌즈(34)의 시각의 일직선이 되어 상기 한쌍의 내측렌즈에 대하여 회전에 알맞게 장착되고 충분히 투명한 편광재료로부터 구성되며, 상기 한쌍의 내측 및 외측렌즈를 통하여 집단으로 투과하도록 허용된 빛의 양을 변화시키면서 상기 한쌍의 내측렌즈에 대하여 90°각도에 걸쳐 회전하고, 환자에 의해서 감지된 상기 대상에 대한 명시도가 증가되게 하거나 감소되게 하면서 상기 내측렌즈(34)에 대하여 선택적으로 독립적으로 회전하는 한쌍의 외측렌즈(50) :를 구비하여 환자의 눈앞에 위치시키기 위한 안경 : 그리고 (c) 상기 비추어진 대상이 겨우 보일수 있도록 그것의 내측렌즈(34)에 대하여 회전되는 상기 안경의 인접 외측렌즈(50)가 있는 상기 안경을 통하여 상기 비추어진 대상을 관찰하면서 환자에 의해서 각 눈으로 따로따로 관찰된 시야결손을 존재를 기록하기 위한 장치로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시야결손 감지장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 비추어진 대상은 백색배경의 암슬러 그리드(12)인 것을 특징으로 하는 시야결손 감지장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 시야결손의 진재를 기록하기 위한 상기 장치는 시야결손에 해당하는 암슬러 그리드상의 영역에 확인하기 위하여 환자에 의해서 사용되는 표시물건을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로하는 시야결손 감지장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 표시물건은 손으로 들고 사용하는 표시장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 시야결손 감지장치.
