Abstract

제제를 적용하려는 신체의 국소부위에서의 분비액의 pH범위이내의 PH에서 용해하거나 겔화하는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 수용성 중합체의 현탁미립자 및 상기 국소부위에 허용적으로 적용될 수 있는 약물을 함유하는, 생물학적 이용능이 개선된 국소치료용 수성현탁 제제가 제공된다.

Claims (6)

  1. 제제를 적용하려는 신체의 국소부위에서의 분비액의 pH 범위이내의 pH에서 용해하거나 또는 겔화하는 1종 또는 2종이상의 수용성 중합체의 현탁미립자와, 상기 국소부위에 허용적으로 적용될 수 있는 약물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 국소치료용 수성현탁제제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 1종 또는 2종 이상의 수용성 중합체가, 디카르복실산과 히드록시알킬셀룰로우스로부터의 에스테르 및 그 유도체, 및 아크릴산 수지로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로하는 제제.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 히드록시 알킬셀룰로오스가 프탈산 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스와 숙신산 아세트산 히드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오스로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴산 수지가 메타크릴산/아크릴산 에스테르 공중합체와 메타크릴산/메타크릴산 에스테르 공중합체로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 제제가 점안약, 점이약(귀약) 또는 점비약(코약)의 형인 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.
  6. 제제를 적용하려는 신체의 국소부위에 있어 분비액의 pH 범위이내의 pH에서 용해하거나 또는 겔화하는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 수용성 중합체의 미립자를 수성제제내에 분산시키는 것으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 국소치료용 수성제제에 함유된 약물의 국소생물학적 이용능을 향상시키는 방법.
