Abstract
본 발명은 칼라브라운관의 형광면을 도포하여 현상한 후에 회수되는 형광체를 효율적으로 처리하여 재사용하기위한 형광체의 처리방법에 관한것으로 종래 안료결착제인 라텍스를 조성처리하여 생성되는 잔분으로 인한 무제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 회수형광체를 순수에 분산시키는 공정과, 상기 분산된 용액에 가성소다와 부식제로써 페로옥시디슬페이트(peroxydisulfate)염을 첨가한 후 교반시켜 형광체에 부착된 라텍스를 부식시켜 제거하는 공정으로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 형광체의 처리방법이다.The present invention relates to a method for treating phosphors for efficiently treating and reusing phosphors that are recovered after coating and developing fluorescent surfaces of color brown tubes, to solve problems caused by residues generated by treating latex, which is a conventional pigment binder.
