Abstract

본 발명은 내훼이드(FADE)성 비석면재 브레이크 라이닝에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 자동차에서 사용되는 비석면재 브레이크 라이닝을 구성하는 기지원료중에서 충전재중의 일부와 마찰 마모재의 입자크기를 130∼250㎛크기로 입자크기를 조절하므로써 내훼이드 특성을 개선시킨 비석면재 브레이크 라이닝에 관한 것이다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 비석면재 브레이크 라이닝의 미세구조를 도식적으로 나타낸 도면이고,
제2도와 제3도는 각각 본 발명의 실시예와 비교예에 따른 브레이크 라이닝에 대한 훼이드 테스트(FADE TEST) 결과이고,
제4도의 (a),(b)는 각각 본 발명의 실시예와 비교예에 따른 기공분포량 측정곡선이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 유기질 아라미드섬유와 무기질섬유가 보강재로서 함유되어 있고, 열경화성수지 또는 천연유기질분말이 결합재로 함유되어 있으며, 바륨(Ba)화합물과 칼슘(Ca)화합물이 충전재로 함유되어 있고 몰리브덴(Mo)화합물, 흑연, 구리, 금속섬유 및 고무분말이 마찰 마모조절재로 함유되어 있는 비석면재 브레이크 라이닝에 있어서, 상기 충전재중에서 바륨(Ba)화합물의 1/2에 해당하는 량의 성분과 마찰 마모조절재로 함유되어 있는 몰리브덴(Mo)화합물, 흑연, 구리, 금속섬유 및 고무분말이 약 130∼250㎛ 크기인 것을 특징으로 하는 비석면재 브레이크 라이닝.
