Abstract

전이 금속 화합물 및 유기 금속 화합물을 함유하는 촉매의 존재하에 폴리을레핀을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,(A)고형 촉매 성분중의 티탄의g원자당 0.5내지 100몰의 양으로, 마그네슘, 티탄, 할로겐 및 전자 공여 화합물을 함유하는 고형 촉매 성분을 비활성 용매에 현탁시킨 현탁액에 일반식 t-Bu(R1)Si(OR2)2(여기에서, t-Bu는 t-부틸기 이며, Rl은 C220직쇄 탄화수소기 이고. R2는 C15탄화수소기이다)의 규소의 산소 함유 유기 화합물을 첨가 및 접촉시킴으로써 수득한 현탁액 상태의 촉매 성분, 및 (B) 주기율표상의 IA, ⅡA, ⅢB 및 IVB족 금속의 유기금속 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택한 1종 이상의 화합물을 함유하는 촉매계의 존재하에 1종 이상의 올레핀을 중합함을 특징으로 하는 방법.

Claims (11)

  1. 전이 금속 화합물 및 유기 금속 화합물을 함유하는 촉매의 존재하에 폴리올레핀을 제조하는 방법에 있어서,(A)고형 촉매 성분중의 티탄의g원자당 0.5내지 100몰의 양으로, 마그네슘, 티탄, 할로겐 및 전자 공여 화합물을 함유하는 고형 촉매 성분을 비활성 용매에 현탁시킨 현탁액에 일반식 t-Bu(R1)Si(OR2)2(여기에서, t-Bu는 t-부틸기 이며, Rl은 C220직쇄 탄화수소기 이고. R2는 C15탄화수소기이다)의 규소의 산소 함유 유기 화합물을 첨가 및 접촉시킴으로써 수득한 현탁액 상태의 촉매 성분, 및 (B) 주기율표상의 IA, ⅡA, ⅢB 및 IVB즉 금속의 유기금속 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택한 1종 이상의 화합물을 함유하는 촉매계의 존재하에 1종 이상의 올레핀을 중합함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (i)금속 마그네슘 및 히드록실화유기 화합물, 및 마그네슘의 산소함유 유기 화합물로 구성된 선택된 1종 이상의 화합물, (ii)알루미늄의 산소 함유 유기 화합물, 및 (iii)티탄의 산소 함유 유기 화합물을 함유하는 균질 용액을 (iv)1종이상의 할로겐화 알루미늄과 반응시켜 고형 생성물을 수득하고, 이 고형 생성물을, (v)전자 공여 화합물 및 (vi)할로겐화 티탄 화합물과 반응시키고, 중합을 위해 기체상 중합법을 사용함으로써 고형 촉매 성분을 제조함을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)와 (B)를 예비 혼합한후, 중합함을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식 t-Bu(R1)Si(OR2)2에서 R1이 C2~4직쇄 탄화수소기인 폴리올레핀의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식 t-Bu(R1)Si(OR2)2에서 R2이 C1~2직쇄 탄화수소기인 폴리올레핀의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식 t-Bu(R1)Si(OR2)2의 화합물을 타탄 1g원자당 1 내지 60몰의 양으로 사용함을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 비활성 용매가 액체 파라핀인 폴리올레핀의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매 성분(A)를 세척하지 않고 사용함을 특징으로하는 폴리올레핀의 제조방법.
  9. 제2항에 있어서, 중합을 위해 기체상 중합법을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀의 제조방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(B)가, 리튬, 마그네슘, 아연, 주석 및 알루미늄으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 금속과 Cl20알킬기로 구성된 군에서 선택된 유기기로 이루어진 유기 금속 화할물인 폴리올레핀의 제조방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(B)가, 일반식 AIR7 3(여기에서, R7은 C1~10알킬기이다)의 트리알킬 알루미늄이거나, 일반식 R8eAIY3-e(여기에서, R8은 C1~10알킬기이고, Y는 할로겐 원자, 수소 원자 또는 알콕시기이며, 0〈e〈3이다)의 알킬알루미늄 할라이드인 폴리올레핀의 제조방법.
