Claims (8)
- 4수화 붕산칼슘의 결정을 제조하는 화학적처리, 용량감소 및 수득된 생성물을 하나 이상의 수경시멘트와 혼합함으로써, 붕산염을 함유한 저수준 및 중수준의 방사성 폐기물을 수경시멘트에 의하여 캡슐화하는 방법으로서, 다음 단계들로 구성된 방법 :- 붕산염 B2O3CaO를 형성할 수 있도록 계산된 양의 석회를 처리될 용액에 가함으로써 상기한 4수화 붕산칼슘을 형성함 :- 이 용액 및/또는 서스펜션에 대하여 감압하 증발에 의하여 용량감소 작업을 실시하는데, 상기한 감압은 약 0.1∼0.3bar이고, 4수화 붕산칼슘 결정의 제조단계 후에 적용됨 :- 그리고 건조물 약 30∼약 70%를 함유하는 콘크리트성 서스펜션을 수득할 때까지 상기한 용량감소를 계속함.
- 제1항에 있어서, 4수화 붕산칼슘의 결정을 형성하는 단계 전에 또한 폐기물에 감압 증발을 실시하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전체의 결정화 단계가 약 0.7∼0.9bar의 감압하에서 실시되는 방법.
- 4수화 붕산칼슘의 결정을 제조하는 화학적처리, 용량감소 및 수득된 생성물을 하나 이상의 수경시멘트와 혼합함으로써, 붕산염을 함유한 저수준 및 중수준의 방사성 폐기물을 수경시멘트에 의하여 캡슐화하는 방법으로서, 4수화 붕산칼슘의 결정을 제조하는 단계가 석회를 가하여 핵이 형성되는 제1단계, 혼합염을 형성하는 제2단계, 상기한 칼슘염을 형성하는 제3단계 및 상기한 붕산염의 결정을 숙성시키는 제4단계로 구성되고, 감압하 용량감소가 또한 상기한 제1 및 제4단계의 하나 이상 도중에, 그리고 될 수 있는 한 4수화 붕산칼슘의 결정을 제조하는 단계후에 실시되는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 4수화 붕산칼슘의 결정을 형성하는 단계전에 또한 폐기물에 감압 증발을 실시하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 전체의 결정화 단계가 약 0.7∼0.9bar의 감압하에 실시되는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제 3 단계중에 6수화 붕산칼슘이 형성되고, 이것이 계속하여 상기한 제 4 단계중에 4수화 붕산칼슘으로 전환함으로써 4수화 붕산칼슘의 결정이 제조되는 방법.
- 4수화 붕산칼슘의 결정을 제조하는 화학적처리, 용량감소 및 수득된 생성물을 하나 이상의 수경시멘트와 혼합함으로써, 붕산염을 함유한 저수준 및 중수준의 방사성 폐기물을 수경시멘트에 의하여 캡슐화하는 장치로서, 믹서-반죽기-증발기로 구성되고 온도 유지장치, 여러가지 교반속도를 갖고 여러 다른 다른 점도를 갖는 유체에 효율적인 교반기, 및 약 0.1∼1bar의 압력을 발생시키는 장치를 포함하는 1개(또는 2개)의 장치내에서 불연속적으로 캡슐화를 실시하는 장치.
