Abstract

본 발명은 산소발생기의 배기가스 제거장치 및 배기가스 제거필터 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 일반적인 산소발생기는 배기가스(C)의 배출을 위한 배기호스(11)를 본체(6)로부터 인출되도록 설치하여야 하는 번거로움이 있었으며, 배기호스(11)를 실외로 연결시키기 위하여 실내벽(12)에 별도의 구멍을 뚫어야 하는 등의 문제점이 있었다. 본 발명은 본체(21)의 내부에 배기가스를 제거하기 위하여 원통형상의 케이스(41)와 상기 케이스(41)의 내부에 수납되는 배기가스 제거필터(42) 및 스폰지 필터(43)와, 상기 케이스(41)의 상부에 나사결합되는 뚜껑(44)등으로 구성되는 내장형 배기가스 제거수단(A)을 설치하여, 이산화탄소들의 배기가스를 본체의 내부에서 정화시킴으로써 별도의 배기가스 배출을 위한 호스의 사용을 배제하여 작업상의 어려움을 해소하도록 한 것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 본체(21)의 내부에 배기가스를 제거하기 위한 내장형 배기가스 제거수단(A)을 진공압축기(22)의 진공배기부(22b)로부터 연장설치하여 별도의 배기호스 사용을 방지하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 산소발생기의 배기가스 제거장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내장형 배기가스 제거수단(A)은 배기가스가 유입되는 케이스(41)의 내부에 배기가스 제거필터(42) 및 스폰지 필터(43)가 수납되고, 상부에 뚜껑(44)이 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 산소발생기의 배기가스 제거장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 배기가스 제거필터(42)는 직경(d)이 케이스(41)의 내경(d1) 보다 작게 형성되어, 배기가스 제거필터(42)와 케이스(41)의 사이에 일정 간격(c)이 유지되고, 상기 스폰지 필터(43)는 직경(d2)이 케이스(41)의 내경(d1)과 거의 동일하게 형성되어, 그의 외주면이 케이스(41)의 내벽에 긴밀하게 접촉하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 산소발생기의 배기가스 제거장치.
  4. 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 배기가스 제거필터(42)는 외주면에 요입부(42b) 및 돌출부(42c)가 길이방향으로 연속적으로 요철형성된 원기둥형상이고, 하면의 중간부에 케이스(41)의 저면에 관통된 연결파이프(45)가 삽입되는 일정높이의 삽입홈(42a)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 산소발생기의 배기가스 제거장치.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 뚜껑(44)은 케이스(41)에 나사결합되고, 정화된 배기가스가 배출되는 수개의 배출공(44b)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 산소발생기의 배기가스 제거장치.
  6. 알칼리금속, 알칼리토금속 및 수산화 칼슘(Ca(OH)2) 또는 수산화리듐(LiOH)에 무기결합체를 첨가하여 용제로서 균일하게 혼합, 분산시킨 혼합용액에 섬유상 소재로서 진공법으로 함침시킨 후, 성형, 건조하여서 제조함을 특징으로 하는 산소발생기의 배기가스의 제거필터 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 섬유상 소재는 폴리프로필렌 또는 폴리에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 산소발생기의 배기가스 제거필터 제조방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 무기결합체의 첨가량은 수산화칼슘(Ca(OH)2) 또는 수산화 리듐(LiOH)의 분말 대비 2∼10중량%임을 특징으로 하는 산소발생기의 배기가스 제거필터 제조방법.
