본 고안은 사출금형에 의해서 성형완료된 제품이 붙어 있는 스프루(sprue) 구조에 관한 것으로서, 특히, 사출금형에 의해서 성형 완료된 제품을 취출시키기 위해서, 이젝트핀(EJECT PIN)이 밀어 주는 스프루의 슬레그웰(Slug Well)부길이를 스프루의 게이트(Gate)부 길이보다 길게 형성시켜, 스프루의 취출시 게이트 랜드(Gate land)부에서 탄성이 발생하는 것을 방지하여 스프루가 외부로 튀어나가는 것을 방지할 수 있게한 사출금형의 비산방지용 스프루(sprue)구조에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a sprue structure in which a molded product is attached by an injection mold, and in particular, a sprue of a sprue pushed by an eject pin in order to take out a molded product by an injection mold. 일반적으로 사출금형으로 제품을 성형 완료하면, 제품이 스프루에 붙어 있는 상태로 가동형판에 끼어있게 되며, 이를 이젝트핀으로서 밀어 취출시키게 되는데, 종래의 스프루 구조를 보면 제 3 도에서 보는 바와 같이 스프루(S)의 상, 하게이트랜드(G)길이보다 슬레그 웰(W)이 짧게 되어 있어, 사출 성형을 완료한후 사출금형(A)의 가동형판(B')에서 취출시키기 위해서, 고정형판(B)에 서 가동형판(B')을 분리한 다음 제 4 도에서 보는 바와 같이 이젝트핀(E)으로 스프루(S)의 슬레그 웰(W)을 밀어줄때, 게이트랜드(G)길이만큼 탄성력이 발생하여 스프루(S)가 쉽게 취출되지 못하는 경우가 발생하고 또한 취출되면서 비산되어 튀어나가지 때문에 바닥에 떨어져 먼지나 기타 이물질이 뭍게되므로, 재사용시 수지가 오염되어 양질의 수지를 얻을 수 없었을 뿐아니라, 스프루가 쉽게 취출되지 못하므로 연속생산이 불가능하여 작업능률 저하로 생산성이 저하되고, 연속적으로 자동운전이 불가능하게 되는 문제점이 있었던 것이다.In general, when the molding of the product by the injection mold, the product is stuck to the movable plate in a state that is attached to the sprue, it is pushed out as an eject pin, as seen in the conventional sprue structure as shown in FIG.
