Abstract

본 받명은 슬레이트지붕, 강판지붕, 슬라브옥상바닥 등의 방수, 단열, 방식 등의 여러가지 목적달성을 위한 양이온 수지 몰탈의 시공방법에 관한 것이다.종래에는 콜탈이나 시트방수등의 방법을 이용하므로서 방수성 및 내구성에서 한계가 있었다.
따라서 본 발명은 어멀젼 상태의 양이온수지를 이용함과, 단열효과가 우수한 수지몰탈에 규사를 혼합한 재료 또는 양이온수지, 규사, 시멘트, 구연산을 일정비율로 혼합된 어멀젼 상태의 재료를 이용하여 슬레이트, 슬라브, 강판지붕 자재 등의 건축자재로서의 방수성, 단열성, 방식성 등의 여러 유용한 특성을 기대할 수 있도록 한 시공방법을 제공하게 된 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 건축물의 방수 및 단열을 위한 몰탈공법에 있어서, 슬레이트, 슬라브, 강판지붕에 양이온수지와, 시멘트와 규사 및 첨가제(구연산)을 각각 피착물에 대해 다른 비율로 혼합하여 통상의 예비처리와 건축용 접착제를 코팅한 위에 시공함을 특징으로 하는 양이온 수지 몰탈의 시공방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 슬레이트 지붕에는 양이온수지 20%, 시멘트 39%, 규사 39%, 구연산 2%의 비율로 혼합하는 시공방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 슬라브의 경우 양이온수지 15%, 시멘트 40%, 규사 44%, 구연산 1%의 비율로 혼합하는 시공방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 강판의 경우 양이온수지 33%, 시멘트 32%, 규사 32%, 구연산 3%의 비율로 혼합하는 시공방법.
