Abstract

공기 사이클 환경 제어시스템에 있어서, 응축기(46)는 압축된 주변공기공기(9)가 제1터어빈(24)내에서 팽창되기 전에 그로부터 수증기를 제어한다. 제1터어빈으로부터 나오는 냉각된 출구공기(49)는 응축기(46)내에서 냉매로 사용되어, 응축된 수중기의 증발영을 흡수한다. 응축기(46)를 통과한 후, 따뜻해진 냉매는 제2터어빈(26)내에서 팽창된다.
공급공기의 압력이 소정의 레벨이하로 떨어지면, 성능을 저하시키거나 불필요하게 되는 사이클 부분은 우회된다.

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 공기 사이클 환경 제어 시스템의 개략도이다.

Claims (14)

  1. 밀폐체내에서 공기를 조절하는 공기 사이클 환경 제어시스템에 있어서, 수증기를 함유하는 압축된 주변 공급공기를 건조시키는 수단과, 건조된 출구공기를 상기 건조수단으로부터 제1터어빈으로 공급하는 수단과, 출구 공기를 상기 제1터어빈으로 부터 상기 건조수단의 냉각 통로로 공급하는 수단과, 출구 공기를 상기 냉각 통로로부터 제2터어빈으로 공급하는 수단을 포함하는 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1터어빈은 그의 출구공기 온도가 상기 공급공기의 이슬점과 상기 건조수단의 어느 점 사이에 위치될 정도의 압축기를 갖는 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1터어빈을 통과한 상기 건조된 출구공기의 일부를 우회시키는 수단을 포함하는 시스템.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공급공기의 일부를 상기 제2터어빈에 직접 공급하는 수단을 포함하는 시스템.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 공급공기의 일부를 상기 제2터어빈의 출구에 직접 공급하는 수단을 포함하는 시스템.
  6. 수증기를 함유하는 압축된 주변공급 공기의 공급원과, 상기 공급공기를 수용 및 냉각시키며, 상기 공급공기와 열교환되도록 차가운 주면 공기가 공급되는 제1열교환기와, 상기 제1열교환기로부터 출구 공기를 수용하여, 제1및 제2터어빈에 의해 구동되는 압축기와, 상기 압축기로부터 출구공기를 수용 및 냉각시키며, 상기 압축기 출구공기와 열교환되도록 차가운 주변공기가 공급되는 제2열교환기와, 상기 제2열교관기로부터 나오는 출구 공기로부터 수증기를 수용 및 제거하며, 상기 열교환기 출구공기와 열교환되도록 냉각 유체가 공급되는 응축기와, 상기 응축기로부터의 출구공기를 수용 및 팽창시키는 상기 제1터어빈과, 상기 제1터어빈으로부터의 상기 출구공기를 상기 응축기를 통해 상기 냉각 유체로서 통과시키는 수단과, 상기 응축기를 통과하는 공기를 상기 냉각 유체로서 수용 및 팽창시키는 상기 제2터어빈을 포함하는 공기사이클 제어시스템.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 응축기내의 결빙을 검출하는 수단과, 상기 얼름 검출 수단에 응답하여, 상기 제1터어빈을 통과하는 상기 응축기 출구공기의 질량유량을 결정하는 수단을 포함하는 시스템.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 공급기의 질량유량을 결정하는 수단을 포함하는 시스템.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 질량유량 결정수단에 응답하여, 상기 제2열교환기 출구공기중 일부를 상기 제2터어빈의 입구로 직접 이송시큰 수단을 포함하는 시스템.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 질량 유량을 결정수단에 응답하여, 상기 제2열교환기 출구 공기중 일부를 상기 제2터어빈의 출구로 직접 이송시키는 수단을 포함하는 시스템.
  11. 밀폐체내에서 공기를 조절하는 방법에 있어서, 압축된 주변 공기공기로 부터 수증기를 응축 및 제거하는 단계와, 상기 응축단계에서 건조된 공기를 제1터어빈내에서 팽창시키는 단계와, 상기 제1터어빈내에서 팽창된 공기를 상기 응축단계에서 냉매로서 채용하는 단계와, 상기 응축단계에서 따뜻해진 상기 냉매를 제2터어빈 내에서 팽창시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 공급공기의 질량유량을 측정하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 소정의 제1레벨이하로 떨어지는 상기 공급공기의 질량유량에 응답하여, 상기 공급공기를 상기 제2터어빈의 입구로 직접 공급하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 소정의 제2레벨이하로 떨어지는 상기 공급공기의 질량 유량에 응답하여, 상기 공급공기를 상기 제2터어빈의 출구로 직접 고기하는 단계를 더 포함하는 방법.
