본 발명은 적어도 1.1의 질산 대 방향족 화합물의 몰비율을 사용하여 반응을 수행하고, 반응 혼합물이 비등하도록 온도 및 압력을 서로 조정하고, 더 이상의 중간 혼합물이 비등하도록 온도 및 압력을 서로 조정하고, 더 이상의 중간 처리없이 니트로화 산을 순환 공정에서 재순환시키고, 생성 혼합물을 물과 함께 추출하고, 용출액을 재순환시켜 니트로화 산을 반응물로 재순환시킴을 포함하는, 물과 함께 공비 혼합물을 형성하는 니트로화 가능한 방향족 화합물을 니트로화 산의 존재하에 질산으로 처리하여 연속적으로 니트로화 시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 적어도 1.1의 질산 대 방향족 화합물의 몰비율을 사용하여 반응을 수행하고, 반응 혼합물이 비등하도록 온도 및 압력을 서로 조정하고, 더 이상의 중간 처리없이 니트로화 산을 순환공정에서 재순환시키고, 생성혼합물을 물과 함께 추출하고, 용출액을 재순환시켜 니트로화 산을 반응물로 재순환시킴을 포함하는, 물과 함께 공비 혼합물을 형성하는 니트로화 가능한 방향족 화합물을 니트로화 산의 존재하에 질산으로 처리하여 연속적으로 니트로화시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 질산 대 방향족 화합물의 몰비율이 1.1 내지 4.0. 바람직하게는 1.2 내지 205. 특히 바람직하게는 1.3 내지 2.0인 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기반응을 60 내지 120℃, 바람직하게는 75 내지 105℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
  4. 제1항 또는 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 반응을 100 내지 900밀리바, 바람직하게는 200 내지 400밀리바의 입력에서 수행하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 또는 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 니트로화 가능한 화합물이 클로로벤젠인 방법.
