Abstract

본 발명은 일반식 CXH2XO2(식중, x는 4,6,8,10,12,14,16임)로 표시되는 지방산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 지방산의 프로필렌 글리콜 에스테르 중에 용해된 치료적 유효량의 프로부콜로 이루어진, 환자에 있어서 약제의 생체이용성을 개선시키고 혈장 약제 농도의 가변성을 감소시키는 프로부콜의 제약 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (5)

  1. 일반식 CXH2XO2(식중, x는 4,6,8,10,12,14,16임)로 표시되는 지방산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 지방산의 프로필렌 글리콜 에스테르 중에 용해된 치료적 유효량의 프로부콜로 이루어진 것이 특징인, 환자의 혈장 프로부콜 농도의 가변성을 감소시키면서 프로부콜의 생체이용성을 개선시키는 프로부콜의 제약 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 지방산이 일반식 CXH2XO2(식중, x는 4,8,10,12임)로 표시되는 지방산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 제약 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 지방산이 카프린산 및 카프릴산으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 제약 조성물.
  4. 혈청 콜레스테롤 농도를 저하시키기 위한 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 따른 제약 조성물의 용도.
