Abstract

지점도 첨가제 용액 스트림을 비교적 고점도의 액정 파라-아라미드 방사 도프 스트림과 연속 혼합시키는 방법이 기재되어 있다. 이 방법은 지점도 스트림을 고점도 스트림의 중심부 내에 주입시키고, 이 스트림들을 고정 혼합기 유닛 중에서 혼합시키는 것으로 이루어진다.

Claims (7)

  1. (a)50℃에서의 점도가 5내지 100센티포이즈인 첨가제 용액 스트림을 제조하는 단계; (b)80℃에서의 점도가 500내지 5000 포인즈인 액정 파라-아라미드 방사 도프 스트림을 제조하는 단계; (c)상기 도프 스트림에 대한 첨가제 용액 스트림의 체적 유동비가 0.001 내지 0.4이고, 첨가제 용액 스트림에 대한 도프 스트림의 점도비가 500 내지 100,000이 되도록 유지시키면서, 첨가제 용액 스트림을 액정 파라-아라미드 방사도프 스트림의 중심부 내에 연속적으로 주입시키는 단계; (d)1개 이상의 정지 혼합 부재를 가지며 직경에 대한 길이의 비가 5인 고정 혼합기 유닛 중에서 첨가제 용액 스트림과 액정 파라-아라미드 방사 도프 스트림을 혼합시키는 단계로 이루어지는, 저점도 첨가제 용액 스트림을 고점도 액정 섬유 방사 도프 스트림에 혼합시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제 용액 스트림의 안료 용액인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 파라-아라미드 방사 도프가 폴리(p-페닐렌 테레프탈아미드)인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 첨가제 용액이 안료 용액이고, 파라-아라미드 방사 도프가 폴리(p-페닐렌 테레프탈아미드)인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고정 혼합기 유닛이 2내지 4개의 정지 혼합 부재를 가지며, 직경에 대한 길이의 비가 10내지 20인 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 고정 혼합기 유닛이 2내지 4개의 정지 혼합 부재를 가지며, 직경에 대한 길이의 비가 10내지 20인 방법.
