Abstract

본원에는 경사진 와이어 형성기상에서 다층의 필터지를 제조하는 방법 및 장치가 설명된다. 형성기에는 경사진 와이어 부분 및 거의 수평인 와이어 부분을 지니는 형성용 와이어가 제공되어 있다. 재료는 다중 채널 헤드박스로부터 형성기로 공급되며, 헤드박스내 유동 채널들은, 유동 채널의 상부벽이 그위에 있는 유동 채널의 하부벽을 형성하는 방식으로 배치되어 유동 채널들이 다음의 형성 영역들로 이어져서, 상기 각각의 형성 영역에서는 선행의 형성 영역에 형성된 단층위에 중첩된 섬유의 다층이 형성된다. 헤드 박스로 재료를 공급하는 수단은 도관 및 밸브 시스템을 포함하여 이것에 의해 재료 용기들중 어느 하나로부터 나오는 재료는 헤드박스의 유동 채널중 어느 한 곳으로 이송될 수 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 경사진 와이어 부분 및 수평 또는 거의 수평인 와이어 부분을 지니는 형성용 와이어로 재료를 이송시키는 단계 및, 선행의 형성 영역에서 형성된 단층위에 중첩되어 섬유들의 단층이 형성되는 연속적인 형성 영역에서 섬유의 단층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하며, 상이한 등급의 재료를 복수개의 재료 용기로 공급하는 단계 및, 하나 또는 그 이상의 선택된 재료 용기로부터 하나 또는 그 이상의 선택된 유동 채널로 재료를 공급하는 단계를 특징으로 하는, 다층 필터 재료의 웨브 제조 방법.
  2. 경사진 와이어 부분 및 거의 수평인 와이어 부분을 지나는 형성용 와이어가 제공되어 있는 웨브 형성기(web former), 다중 채널 헤드박스(headbox), 최소한 2개인 재료 용기의 재료를 헤드박스로 공급하는 수단, 다층의 웨브를 형성하는 동안에 와이어를 통과하는 최소한 상당 부분의 맑은 물을 집적하여 웨브 제조 과정으로 회송시키는 수단등을 포함하며, 상기 헤드박스에서는 유동 채널들의 상부벽이 그위에 있는 유동 채널의 하부벽을 형성하는 식으로 유동 채널들이 배치되며, 상기 유동 채널들은 차후의 형성 영역으로 이어져서, 선행의 형성 영역에서 형성된 단층위에 중첩된 각각의 섬유 단층들이 형성되고, 헤드박스로 재료를 공급하는 수단은 도관 및 밸브 시스템을 포함하여 이것에 의해 재료 용기들중 어느 하나로부터 나온 재료가 헤드박스의 유동 채널들중 어는 한곳에 이송될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 다층 필터 재료의 웨브 제조용 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 도관 및 밸브 시스템은 재료 용기들중 어느 하나를 하나 또는 그 이상의 유동 채널에 작동상 연결되도록 적용한, 다층 필터 재료의 웨브 제조용 장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 도관 및 밸브 시스템은 유동 채널들중의 어느 하나를 하나 또는 그 이상의 재료용기에 작동상 연결되도록 적용한, 다층 필터 재료의 웨브 제조용 장치.
