Abstract

구형 중합체는 구형 마그네슘 디알킬을 기본으로 하는 고활성, 구형 지글러 촉매에 의해 알파-올레핀을 중합하여 수득될 수 있다. 이 중합체는 부피 밀도가 높고 가공성이 매우 우수하다.

Claims (3)

  1. 전이금속 화합물(성분 A)과 유기 금속 화합물(성분 B)로 이루어진 촉매의 존재하에 [이때, 성분 A는 유기 마그네슘 화합물과 전자 공여체, 유기 염소 화합물 및 전이금속 화합물과의 반응에 의해 형성되며, 중간체를 분리시키지 않고 a) 일반식[(n-C4H9)1·2내지1·7(n-C8H17)0·3내지0·8Mg]의 유기 마그네슘 화합물을 염소화된 탄화수소의 양이 유기 마그네슘 화합물 1mol을 기준으로 0.5내지 2.5mol인 염소화 지방족 탄화수소와 30 내지 110℃의 온도에서 반응시키고, b) 생성되는고체를 고체에 함유된 마그네슘의 그램원자당 0.1 내지 1mol의 전자 공여체와 0 내지 107℃의 온도에서 처리한 다음, c) 수득된 지지체 물질을 지지체 물질에 함유된 마그네슘의 그램원자당 0.5내지 2mol인 일반식 TiXm(OR1)4-m(여기서, R1은 탄소수 2내지 10의 알킬 라디칼이고, X는 할로겐 원자이며, m은 0 내지 4의 정수이다)의 화합물과 30 내지 120℃에서 반응시켜 제조된다]50 내지 150℃의 온도 및 1 내지 40bar의 압력에서 알파-올레핀을 중합하여 폴리올레핀을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 전자 공여체가 디에틸 설파이트 또는 디에톡시디메틸실란인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, TiCl4를 사용하는 방법.
