Abstract

탄소수 24 내지 40의 장쇄 지방족 모노카복실산, 탄소수 2내지 12의 지방족 디카복실산 및 OH그룹의 수가 3내지 6이고, 탄소수가 3내지 12인 지방인 폴리올로부터 제조된 혼합 에스테르는 열가소성 성형 조성물에서 윤활제조서의 매우 양호한 이형 작용을 갖는다. 또한, 특히 글레이징 롤러 필름에서 투명도가 높다.

Claims (9)

  1. 산가가 8내지 30㎎ KOH/g이고 가수분해가가 130 내지 220㎎ KOH/g이며 융융물의 점도가 90℃에서 200내지 2,000mPa. S인, 탄소수 24내지 40의 장쇄 지방족 모노카복실산, 탄소수 2내지 12의 지방족 디카복실산 및 OH그룹의 수가 3내지 6이고 탄소수가 3내지 12인 지방족 폴리올의 혼합 에스테르.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 장쇄 지방족 모노카복실산이 공업-등급의 몬탄산인 혼합에스테르.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올이 글리세롤, 디글리세롤, 트리메틸올프로판, 디트리메틸올프로판, 펜타에리트리톨 또는 디펜타에리트리톨인 혼합 에스테르.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 몬탄산, 아디프산 및 트리메틸을 프로판으로 제조된 혼합 에스테르.
  5. 열가소성 성형 조성물의 가공용 윤활제로서의 제1항에서 청구한 혼합 에스테르의 용도.
  6. 제1항에서 청구한 혼합 에스테르를 0.05내지 5% 함유하는 열가소성 성형 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 폴리비닐 클로라이드, 폴리비닐리덴, 클로라이드, 에틸렌-비닐 아세테이트 공중합체, 폴리아크릴로 니트릴, 비닐 클로라이드와 비닐 아세테이트와의 그라프트 중합체 또는 공중합체, 또는 상기 열가소성 플라스틱의 혼합물을 기본으로 하는 열가소성 성형 조성물.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 충전제, 열 안정화제, 광 차단제, 대전방지제, 방염제, 보강제, 안료, 염료, 가공 보조제, 윤활제, 이형제, 충격 개질제, 산화방지제, 발포제, 또는 형광증백제를 추가로 함유하는 열가소성 성형 조성물.
