Abstract

본 발명에 따른 접기식 만능공구는 다수의 스페이서에 의해 이격된 제1측면과 제2측면으로, 구성된 핸들을 갖고, 이 핸들의 제1측면과 제2측면사이의 영역에서 스페이서의 상부에는 핸들내에 제1요부가 형성되고, 스페이서의 하부에는 제2요부가 형성된다. 핸들의 각 단부에 고정된 1쌍의 피봇에 의해 복수의 공구가 핸들 사이의 접힌 위치로부터 상기 핸들을 벗어나 펼친 위치로 회전가능하게 된다. 공구로서는 칼날과 스크류드라이버-깡통따개날과 같은 종래의 장치가 포함될 수 있지만, 최소한 하나의 공구는 하나의 피봇주위에서 회전가능한 제1집게와 제2집게를 갖는 로킹플라이어이다. 제1집게는 펼친 위치에서 로크가능하고, 제2집게는 조정가능하며, 제1집게와 동일한 피봇지점주위에서 회전한다. 작동레버와 리액션부재는 플라이어의 하나의 집게가다른 집게에 대해 상대적인 위치로 로크되도록 오버센터메카니즘을 형성한다. 작동레버는 이 상대적인 위치를 여러 가지 물체를 잡기 위해 미리 조정하는 조정 메카니즘을 갖는다.

Claims (9)

  1. 내부에 제1요부와 제2요부를 갖는 핸들, 상기 핸들에 회전가능하게 고정되어 이 핸들의 제1요부내의 수용위치로부터 상기 핸들을 벗어나 펼친 위치로 회전가능한 복수의 공구, 상기 핸들에 회전가능하게 고정되어 이 핸들의 제2요부내의 수용위치로부터 상기 핸들을 벗어나 펼친 위치로 회전가능한 1쌍의 그림집게를 갖는 로킹플라이어, 상기 최소한 하나의 집게에 고정되어 이 집게를 서로 다른 집게에 대해 소정위치에 로킹시키는 오버센터수단으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 접기식 만능공구.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 공구는 최소한 칼날과 스크류드라이버-깡통따개날을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접기식 만능공구.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 핸들은 제1측면과 제2측면으로이루어지고, 이 제2측면은 상기 핸들의 제1측면과 제2측면에 견고하게 고정된 복수의 스페이서에 의해 상기 제1측면으로부터 이격되고, 상기 제1요부는 상기 스페이서의 상부에서 상기 핸드의 제1측면과 제2측면 사이에 형성되고, 상기 제2요부는 상기 스페이서의 하부에서 상기 핸들의 제1측면과 제2측면사이에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접기식 만능공구.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 한쌍의 그리집게는 제1집게와 제2집게로 이루어지고, 상기 제1집게는 이 제1집게가 상기 핸들로부터 펼쳐지는 경우에 상기 핸들에 대해 상대적으로 고정된 위치에서 로크가능하고, 상기 제2집게는 이동가능하고, 상기 제1집게로부터 탄성부세되는 것을 특징으로 하는 접기식 만능공구.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1집게 및 상기 제2집게는 그 사이에서 물체를 잡기 위해 그 표면상에 다수의 톱니가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 접기식 만능공구.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1집게 및 상기 제2집게는 각각 그 사이에 위치된 철선을 절단하는 수단을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 접기식 만능공구.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제2집게는 회전가능하게 고정되어 리액션수단에 대향하는 작동수단을 갖고, 상기 작동수단과 상기 리액션수단은 공동작용하여 상기 핸들주위에서 제2집게를 회전시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 접기식 만능공구.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 또한 상기 제2집게를 상기 제1집게로부터 멀리 부세하기 위한 스프링수단, 상기 제2집게에 회전가능하게 고정된 작동수단, 상기 작동수단이 상기 핸들을 향해 로크위치로 가압되는 경우에 상기 작동수단을 결합지점에서 결합시키기 위해 상기 핸들에 회전가능하게 고정되어 오버센터로킹메카니즘을 형성하는 리액션수단, 상기 작동수단이, 상기 핸들을 향해 완전히 가압되는 경우에 제1집게와 상기 제2집게 사이의 거리를 설정하기 위해 상기 작동수단에 따라 상기 결합지점을 조정하는 수단, 상기 작동수단과 상기 리액션수단을 오버센터로 다시 되돌려서 상기 집게를 로크위치로부터 해제시키는 언로킹수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접기식 만능공구.
