본 발명은 가스누설 자동차단기를 구성하는 마그네트와 헤드 코아의 표면거칠기 값인 Rz를 0.83㎛~0.844㎛로 하고, RA를 0.070㎛~0.075㎛로하며 Rt를 1.05㎛~1.09㎛로 한 값을 갖도록 하고, 이와같은 조건의 표면거칠기 값을 갖기 위하여 이에따른 가공방법은 통상의 랩핑(Lapping)가공을 함에 있어, 입도 400#, 평규크기 40+2.1㎛, 최대경64㎛의 조건을 갖춘 랩제(Lapping Powder)를 사용하도록 한 것이다. 따라서 본 발명은 상기의 헤드코아와 마그네트가 80㎃의 기전력과 2초내의 조건으로 흡착효과를 얻게됨은 물론 10㎃에서 다시 이탈될 수 있는 효과를 갖게되는 특징으로 지닌 것이다.In the present invention, the surface roughness of the magnet and the head core constituting the gas leakage breaker is set to 0.83 μm to 0.844 μm, R A is 0.070 μm to 0.075 μm, and Rt is 1.05 μm to 1.09 μm.
