Abstract

본 발명은 측벽 및 단부벽들을 갖는 전기적 비전도성 포위체를 지니는 전기 하우징 장치에 관한 것이다. 단부벽들중 전기적 도관을 수용하는 구멍을 지니며 다느 벽들은 비관통형이다. 전기적 도전성 프레임이 포위체 내부에 정착되며, 전기 장치들을 지지하도록 배치된 프레임은 특정하게 수직으로 배향되며 도관과 하우징내의 전기 장치사이에 접지 접합을 제공한다. 프레임의 양단부의 장착용 브랙킷은 구멍들을 지니는바, 그 구멍들중 하나는 프레임이 포위체내에 배치될때 단부벽 구멍에 정렬될수 있는바, 이는 포위체의 방향에 따라 결정되면, 구멍을 갖는 단부벽은 상부에서 상부 도관 연결을 허용하며 하부에서 하부 도관 연결을 허용한다. 방수 덮개가 박스 전방을 밀폐하며, 덮개와 프레임은 사용되는 포위체의 방향에 관계없이 단일 방향으로 정렬된다.

Claims (15)

  1. 전기장치를 포함하고, 외부로부터 내부로 통과하는 전기도선들에 상기 전기장치를 연결시키기 위한 하우징(housing)으로서, 전기 도선들을 포함하는 수단에 부착될 크기로되는 연결구(connectiong openning)를 갖는 벽, 후방벽을 포함하는 다수의 비관통 벽, 및 상기 후방벽에 대항하는 개방 측면을 형성하는 상기 벽들의 모서리를 함하는 수단을 지니는 전기적 비도전성(nonconductive)재료로 형성된 포위체; 중심부, 및 전기 도선들을 포함하는 상기 수단에 부착될 크리로되는 구멍을 각각 지니는 동일 형태의 상단 부재 및 하단 부재를 지니는, 상기 포위체애 수용될 크기로 되며 전기적 도전성(conductive)재료로 형성된 프레임; 후방벽, 및 포위체의 상부 또는 하부로 선택적으로 배향되는 상기 관통 연결구를 지니는 상기 벽에 제공되어 상기 포위체를 지지체 표면에 장착시키는 수단; 및 상기 연결구에 인접하게 정렬된 상기 상단 부재 및 하단 부재중 하나에 제공되는, 상기 프레임을 상기수단; 및 상기 연결구에 인접하게 정렬된 상기 상단 부재 및 하단 부재중 하나에 제공되는, 상기 프레임을 상기 포위체로 고정 장착시키는 수단으로서, 상기 포위체는, 상기 포위체 벽돌을 통과하는 부가적 구멍을 만들지 않고도 상기 프레임에 다른 케이블을 접속시키위해 다른 위치에 단일방향으로 장착가능한 프레임 장착 수잔을 포함하는 하우징.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프레임에서 전기 장치를 지지하기 위한 수단을 더 포함하는 하우징.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개방면을 폐쇄하기 위한 덮개 수단을 더 포함하는 하우징
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 덮개 수단은 상부에 전기 장치를 지지하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 하우징.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 덮개의 노출 부분 및 상기 덮개 수단에 지지된 장치를 덮기위해, 상기 덮개 수단에 힌지 결합되어 지지된 뚜껑을 더 포함하는 하우징.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 덮개 수단은 홈을 형성하는 수단 및 상기 홈에 노출된 전방면을 지니는 전기 콘센트를 지지하는 소단을 포함하며, 상기 하우징은 상기 덮개 수단에 제거가능하게 뚜껑과 힌지의 소조립체(sub-assembly)를 더 포함하며, 상기 뚜껑은 상기 홈이 개방 및 폐쇄되는 개방위치와 폐쇄 위치 사이에서 이동가능한 하우징.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 소조립체는 제1힌지부, 상기 뚜껑에 형성된 제2한지부, 상기 제1및 제2헌지부를 통해 연장되는 힌지핀 및 상기 뚜껑을 상기 폐쇄 위치로 강제시키기 위해 상기 힌지 둘레에 있는 스프링을 지니는 장착 브랙킷을 포함하는 하우징.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 전기 도선을 포함하기 위한 상기 수단은 금속 도관을 포함하며, 상기 전기적 도전성 프레임이 상기 하우징내의 상기 전기 장치와 상기 도관간의 접지 연결을 형성하는 하우징.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개방측면을 폐쇄할수 있는 크기로되며 상부 모서리 및 하부 모서리를 지니는 덮개, 및 상기 포위체가 상기 지지 표면에 정착되어 연결구멍이 상방 또는 하방에 있을때 상기 상부 모서리를 상방을 향하게 상기 덮개를 상기 포위체에 부착시키는 수단을 더 포함하는 하우징.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 덮개는 상기 덮개내에 홈을 형성하는 수단 및 전기장치를 상기 홈에 지지시키기 위한 수단을 포함하며, 상기 하우징은 상기 덮개에 힌지 결합으로 부착되며 상기 홈과 상기 전기장치를 선택적으로 덮기위한 폐쇄 위치로 이동가능한 도어를 더 포함하는 하우징.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 덮개는 상기 홈을 포위하는 짧은 돌출벽을 형성하는 수단을 더 포함하며, 상기 짧은 벽은 상기 덮개의 상기 상부 모서리에 가장 인접한 모서리에서 정점을 형성하며 상기 상부 모서리를 향하게 하여 물은 전향시키는 하우징.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 폐쇄 위치에서는, 상기 도어가 상기 홈을 가로질러 연장되어 상기 짧은 벽의 말단 모서리를 포함하는 평면에 배치되며, 상기 도어는 상기 덮개를 향해 연장되어 상기 폐쇄된 위치에서 상기 덮개 및 상기 짧은 벽으로 부터 이격 유지되고 상기 짧은 벽을 포위하는 모서리들은 포함하여 상기 흠내로의 물의 입장을 금지시키는 하우징.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프레임은 전기장치를 지지하기 위한 상기 포위체의 상기 개방 측면을 향해 상기 중심부로부터 연장되는 제1및 제2아암을 포함하는 하우징.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 포위체는 상기 위치들중 어떤 위치로 장착될때 연장되는 중심선을 지니며, 상기 연결 구멍은 상기 중심선으로부터 측방으로 이동되는 하우징.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 상기 전기장치는 상기 중심선상에 중심이 잡혀 장착됨으로써, 상기 포위체내로 들어가 전선을 따라 상기 연결 구멍으로 입장하는 물이 상기 전기 장치로부터 멀리 유도되는 하우징.
