Abstract

작은 마찰계수를 가지는 슬라이딩 베어링 및 롤링 베어링의 특성을 가지는 소형 베어링이 외부 금속 실린더, 플라스틱 내부 실린더, 롤링 부재 및 칼라를 포함하며, 복수개의 롤링 부재가 상기 내부 실린더의 외부 원주면상에 공급된 홈을 지진한다. 상기 홈들이 상기 베어링의 축와 평행하게 형성되고 그 안에 위치된 상기 롤링부재가 회전가능하다. 상기 롤링부재를 지지하는 상기 내부 실린더의 외부 원주면에 기름이 가해질 수 있고, 전체 내부실린더가 종단부가 상기축을 향해 구부러진 외부 실린더로 덮혀진다. 상기 금속 요소를 오오스테나이트 타입 스테인레스 스틸로 형성함으로써 부식의 문제가 극복될 수 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 금속으로 된 외부실린더, 플라스틱으로 된 내부실린더와 외부 및 내부 실린더 사이에 제공되며 스틸 와이어로 이루어진 복수개의 롤링 부재로 구성되고 플라스틱으로 된 상기 내부 실린더는 그 외주면상에 상기 베어링의축을 따라 신장되고 서로 평행인 홈을 지지하는 복수의 롤링 부재 유지홈을 구비하고, 상기 롤링 부재는 상기외부 실린더과 접촉하여 지지되면서 회전 가능하게 상기 홈내의 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩/롤링 베어링.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외부 실린더가 오오스테나이트 타입 스테인레스스틸로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩/롤링 베어링.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부 실린더가 다음 플라스틱 재료, 폴리에테르 에테르 케톤, 폴리에테르 설폰, 폴리에테르 니트릴, 폴리페닐펜 설피드, 폴리아세틸, 폴리에테르 이미드, 폴리아미드 이미드중 하나로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 슬라이딩/롤링 베어링.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부 실린더가 섬유보강 플라스틱으로 형성된 것을 특징으로하는 슬라이딩/롤링 베어링.
