Abstract

본 발명은 일회용 기저귀를 생산할때 발생되는 폐기물인 단섬유를 이용한 지점토의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 일회용 기저귀를 생산할때 발생되는 폐기물인 단섬유에는 고흡수성 수지분말이 포함되어 있어 지점토를 제조하기위해 물을 가하면 고흡수성 수지 분말이 물을 흡수 천배 가까이 팽창하여 구성성분의 접착을 방해하므로 지점토로 사용하기가 접합치 아니하였던바 본 발명은 지점토에 가하는 물을 포화염소화합물 수용액 특히 포화소금물 수용액으로 하므로서 고흡수성 수지분말이 물을 흡수하지 못하게 하면서 지점토의 반죽을 가능하게 한것임.

  1. 고흡수성 수지분말이 포함된 단섬유에 바인더와 충전제를 혼합하여 지점토를 제조함에 있어서, 이러한 지점토에 가하는 물이 포화염소화합물 수용액임을 특징으로 하는 지점토의 제조방법.
