Abstract

본 발명은 양하전된 콜로이드 실리카, 양하전된 콜로이드 알루미나, 양하저된 콜로이드 지르코니아의 안정한 수성졸이며 또한 케텐 이량체를 함유하는, 종이를 사이징시키기 위한 케텐 이량체 사이즈 함유 조성물, 및 시이트상 셀롤로즈 섬유를 상기 조성물로 처리함을 포함한 상기 섬유의 제지 제품의 사이징 방법에 관한것이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 양하전된 콜로이드 실리카, 양하전된 콜로이드 알루미나 또는 양하전된 콜로이드 지르코니아의 안정한 수성졸이며, 또한 케텐이량체를 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 종이를 사이징 하기 위한 케텐 이량체 사이즈 함유 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 약 20내지 600㎡/g의 표면적 및 약5내지 150㎛의 직경을 갖는, 실리카, 알루미나 또는 지르코니아의 밀집된 미분 입자의 안정한 수성졸임을 추가의 특징으로 하는, 종이를 사이징 하기 위한 케텐 이량체 사이즈 함유 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 미분 입자를 알칼리로 안정화시킴을 추가의 특징으로하는, 종이를 사이징하기 위한 케텐 이량체 사이즈 함유 조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 미분 입자를 다가 금속의 산소 화합물 및 음이온성 반대이온으로 피복시킴을 추가의 특징으로 하는, 종이를 사이징 하기 위한 케텐 이량체 사이즈 함유 조성물.
  5. 사이트상 셀룰로즈 섬유를, 양하전된 콜로이드 실리카, 양하전된 콜로이드 알루미나 또는 양하전된 콜로이드 지르코니아의 안정한 수성졸로 내부 또는 외부적으로 처리하고, 또한 케텐 이량체를 함유함을 특징으로 하는, 상기 섬유를 케텐 이량체 사이즈로 처리하는 것을 포함하는 사이트상 셀룰로즈 섬유의 제지 제품을 사이징하기 위한 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 수성졸이 다가 금속의 산소 화합물 및 음이온성 반대 이온임을 추가의 특징으로 하는, 사이트상 셀룰로즈 섬유의 제지 제품을 사이징하기 위한 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 수성졸이 또한 알룸을 함유함을 추가의 특징으로 하는, 사이트상 셀룰로즈 섬유의 제지 제품을 사이징하기 위한 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 청구된 바와 같은 조성물 또는 제5항 내지 제7항중의 어느 한 항에 청구된 바와 같은 방법으로 처리된 사이트상 셀룰로즈 섬유를 포함하는 제지 제품.
