Abstract
본 발명은 내마모성 및 내열성이 우수하고 경량합금과 강화섬유의 예비성형체로 이루어진 경량의 복합재료에 이용되는 예비성형체의 건조방법에 관한 것으로, 세라믹재질의 강화섬유에 결합제와 용매등을 섞어 혼합시킨후 일정한 형상에 주입한 다음 진공 또는 자연발수방식으로 이 강화섬유를 1차로 성형시킨다. 이어 고진동의 전자파를 이용하여 상기 1차성형된 예비성형체를 신속하게 가열건조시켜 균일한 예비성형체를 제조함에 따라 예비성형체의 내 · 외부 강화섬유의 결합정도와 강도의 균일화가 이루어져 제질의 균일화를 도모할 뿐만 아니라 건조공정의 단축으로 전체제조 공정을 단축하도록 되어 있다.The present invention relates to a method for drying a preform used in a lightweight composite material having excellent abrasion resistance and heat resistance and consisting of a preform of a light alloy and a reinforcing fiber, wherein a binder and a solvent are mixed with a ceramic reinforcing fiber, and then mixed.
