Abstract

본 발명은 내장작업이 간편하며, 생물부착방지 효과와 내구성이 뛰어나고 유지보수의 필요성이 없으며, 또한 독성문제가 없는 생물부착방지체의 내장방법을 제공한다. 원통형관체의 내주벽면에 전기절연재로 된 수지층을 접착한다. 이 수지층의 표면에 동합금으로 된 금속망을 부착한다. 금속망은 인장공법이나 반전공법에 의해 부착된다. 동합금의 베릴륨함유량은 0.2내지 2.8중량%이고, 동합금은 예를 들면 Be-Cu, Be-Co-Cu, Be-Co-Si-Cu Be-Ni-Cu 합금등으로 구성된 군에서어느 하나의 합금으로 선택된다.

제3도는 본 발명에 따른 베릴륨-동 산화피막의 상태를 나타내는 모식도이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 금속관체의 내벽면에 절연체층을 형성하고, 상기 절연체층의 내벽면에 동합금으로 된 금속망을 인장공법에 의해 접착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생물부착방지체의 내장방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 동합금은 베릴륨함유량이 0.2내지 2.8중량%이고, Be-Cu합금, Be-Co-Cu합금, Be-Co-Si-Cu합금 및 Be-Ni-Cu합금으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 어느 하나의 합금임을 특징으로 하는 상기 생물부착방지체의 내장방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 절연체층은 수지로 된 것임을 특징으로 하는 상기 생물부착방지체의 내장방법.
  4. 금속관체의 내벽면에 절연체층을 형성하고, 상기 절연체층의 내벽면에 동합금으로 된 금속망을 반전공법에 의해 접착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생물부착방지체의 내장방법.
  5. 금속관체의 내벽면에 반전공법에 의해 절연체층을 형성하고, 상기 절연체층의 내벽면에 동합금층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로하는 생물부착방지체의 내장방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 동합금은 베릴륨합유량이 0.2내지 2.8중량%이고, Be-Cu합금, Be-Co-Cu합금, Be-Co-Si-Cu합금 및 Be-Ni-Cu합금으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 어느 하나의 합금임을 특징으로 하는 상기 생물부착방지체의 내장방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 절연체층은 수지로 만들어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 생물부착방지체의 내장방법.
