본 발명은 포지션 센시티브 디텍터에 관한 것으로, 유리기판(1)위에 투명전극(2)(3)을 형성하고, 그 투명전극(2)(3)위에 제1절연층(4)을 형성함과 아울러 그 제1절연층(4)위에 발광층(5)을 형성하며, 그 발광층(5)으 보호층으로의 CdS층(6)과 PSD광흡수층으로의 CdS층(7)을 형성한후, 그 CdS층(6)(7)위에 제2절연층(8)을 형성하고, 그 제2절연층(8)의 일측부와 상측에 배면전극(9)(10)을 형성한 구성으로 되어 있으며, 이러한 본 발명은 제조공정이 간단용이하고, 고온 공정에서도 소자가 안정한 이점이 있다.The present invention relates to a position sensitive detector, wherein transparent electrodes (2) and (3) are formed on a glass substrate (1), and a first insulating layer (4) is formed on the transparent electrodes (2) and (3).
