방사선-감수성 조성물의 총 고체 함량을 기준으로 하여, 용매중 약60내지 96중량%의 하나 이상의 알칼리-가용성 결합체 수지, 약 5내지 약 40중량%의 하나 이상의 광활성 화합물 및 감수성 증강 유효량의 하나 이상의 폴리락타이드 화합물의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방사선-감수성 조성물을 기술하였다.

Claims (3)

  1. 방사선-감수성 조성물의 총 고체 함량을 기준으로 하여, 용매중 약 60내지 95중량%의 하나 이상의 알칼리-가용성 결합제 수지, 약 5내지 약40중량%의 하나 이상의 광활성 화합물 및 감수성 증강 유효량의 하나 이상의 폴리락타이드 화합물의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방사선-감수성 조성물.
  2. (a)방사선-감수성 조성물의 총 고체 함량을 기준으로 하여, 용매중 약60내지 95중량%의 하나 하나 이상의 알칼리-가용성 결합제 수지, 약 5내지 약40중량%의 하나 이상의 광활성 화합물 및 감수성 증강 유효량의 하나 이상의 폴리락타이드 화합물의 혼합물을 포함하여 감광성 내식막으로서 유용한 방사선-감수성 조성물로 기재를 피복시키고; (b)기재위의 피복물을 방사선 에너지에 영상화 노출시키며; (c)영상화 노출시킨 피복 기재를 현상액에 적용시켜 피복물에 영상화 패턴을 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는, 영상화 노출된 감광성 내식막-복 기재의 현상방법.
  3. 방사선-감수성 조성물의 총 고체 함량을 기준으로 하여, 약60내지 95중량%의 하나 이상의 알칼리-가용성 결합제수지, 약5내지 약40중량%의 하나 이상의 광활성화합물 및 감수성 증가 유효량의 하나 이상의 폴리락타이드 화합물의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방사선-감수성 조성물 필름으로 피복시킨 기재를 포함하는 피복기재.
