Abstract

본 발명은 냉장고의 냉각장치에 관한 것으로 내측에 격벽을 형성하여 냉동실 및 냉장실을 별도로 갖춘 냉장고에 있어서, 상기 격벽내에 형성되어 냉동실의 냉기를 냉장실로 유입시키기 위한 냉기 유입통로와, 상기 냉장실의 전면에 개폐가능케 설치된 하부도어의 내측면에 삽입 설치되며 내측면에 다수의 안내판이 돌출형성된 내측부재와, 상기 내측부재의 전면에 결합되며 외측에 체결된 고정판넬의 각 도어선반측으로 냉기를 공급하기 위한 토출구가 돌출부의 저면에 형성된 외측부재와, 상기 내,외측 부재의 결합에 따라 그 내측에 형성되는 냉기공급통로와, 상기 외측부재 및 고정판넬의 상측에 결합되어 상기 냉기유입통로 및 냉기 공급통로를 연통시킴에 따라 냉기가 유통되도록 하는 냉기안내부재로 이루어져 냉동실의 냉기가 각 도어선반측으로 직접 토출시킴으로써 냉기의 순환이 활발하여 냉각효과가 더욱 향상되고 균일한 온도에서의 냉장보관이 가능하여 식품의 신선도가 유지되어진다.

제3도는 본 발명에 따른 냉장고의 냉각장치를 나타내는 일부 결합 단면도.
제4도는 본 발명의 요부를 나타내는 도면으로서, (a)는 냉기안내부재의 결합 상태를 나타내는 일부 단면도, (b)는 내,외측 부재의 결합 상태를 나타내는 일부 단면도.

Claims (6)

  1. 내측에 격벽을 형성하여 냉동실 및 냉장실을 별도로 갖춘 냉장고에 있어서, 상기격벽내에 형성되어 냉동실의 냉기를 냉장실로 유입시키기 위한 냉기 유입통로와, 상기 냉장실의 전면에 개폐가능케 설치된 하부도어의 내측면에 삽입설치되며 내측면에 다수의 안내판이 돌출형성된 내측부재와, 상기 내측부재의 전면에 결합되며 외측에 체결된 고정판넬의 각 도어선반측으로 냉기를 공급하기 위한 토출구가 돌출부의 저면에 형성된 외측부재와, 상기내,외측 부재의 결합에 따라 그 내측에 형성되는 냉기공급통로와, 상기 외측부재 및 고정판넬의 상측에 결합되어 상기 냉기유입통로 및 냉기 공급통로를 연통시킴에 따라 냉기가 유통되도록 하는 냉기안내부재로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 냉각장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉기유입통로는 외부의 온기가 역유입되지 않도록 만곡부가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 냉각장치
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내측부재는 그 내측면에 형성된 안내판이 상기 돌출부와 대향하여 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 냉각장치
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외측부재는 그 저면에 형성된 토출구의 갯수가 상측에서 하측으로 감에따라 점차 증가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 냉각장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외측부재는 그 저면에 형성된 토출구의 개구면적인 상측에서 하측으로 갈수록 점차 넓어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 냉각장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 냉,외측부재의 상,하측 및 좌,우측에는 다수의 삽입돌기 및 삽입공이 형성되어 결합가능케 된 것을 특징으로 하는 냉장고의 냉각장치.
