Abstract

본발명은 장기간에 걸쳐서 재료악화의 염려가 없고 효과적인 소음감소를 이루어 생산성에 악영향을 미치는 일 없는 팬을 구비한 송풍기에 관한것으로써 회전수를 가변설정하기 위해 파수제어, 또는 위상제어전원에서 구동되는 전동모터(1)의 회전축(2)에 팬(3)을 부착하여 이루어져 있으며, 상기 팬은 전동모터의 회전측에 직접 부착되는 원통상의 보스부(4)와 이보스부의 외부둘레에 간격을 유지하며 위치하여
그 외부둘레면에 실제로 송풍작용을 하는 블레이드날개(7)의 기단부가 일체로 설치되는 원통상의 중심부(6)와, 이들 보스부 외부둘레면과 중심부 내부둘레면 사이에 일체로 가설되고 축방향을 따라서 2쌍 설치되는 동시에 둘레방향을 따라서 각가이 위치를 어긋나게하여 서로의 피치간에 대향시켜지는 복수의 브릿지리브(5A)(5B)로 이루어 지는것을 특징으로 한다.

Claims (1)

  1. 회전수를 가변설정할수 있는 전원으로 구동되는 전동모터와 이전동모터의 회전축에 부착고정되는 팬으로 이루어지는 송풍기에 있어서, 상기 팬은 전동모터의 회전축에 직접 부착되는 원통상의 보스부와, 이보스부의 외부둘레에 간격을 남기고 위치시켜서 그 외부둘레면에 송풍작용을 이루는 블레이드날개의 기단부가 일체로 설치되는 원통상의 중심부와, 이들 보스부 외부둘레면과 중심부 내부둘레면 사이에 가설되어 축방향을 따라서 2쌍이 설치되는 동시에 둘레방향을 따라서 각각이 위치를 어긋나게 하여 서로의 피치간에 대향시켜지는 복수의 브릿지리브로 이루어 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 송풍기.
