Abstract
본 발명은 각종 토목공사 현장에서 사용되는 스트파일을 더욱 신속하고 견고하게 매설할 수 있도록 하는 동시에 용이하게 인발해 낼 수 있도록 개선한 시트파일 설치공법에 관한 것으로, 종래에는 시트파일 설치지반에 존재하는 호박돌이나 전석등의 매설 장애물로 인하여 시트파일의 매설에 많은 어려움이 있었고 목표심도까지 시트파일을 설치할 수 없는 경우가 많아 투수의 우려가 많았으며 시트파일의 포면에 엉겨붙는 뻘, 점토, 모래등의 미립자성분때문에 시트파일의 인발이 용이하지 못한 등의 문제가 있었던 바, 시트파일(10)에 부착한 주입관(20)을 통해 고압으로 물을 분사하면서 시트파일(10)을 매설하고 시트파일(10) 매설 후에 현탁액, 또는 용액형의 그라우트를 주입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 본 발명에 의하면 시트파일(10)의 매설경로내에 있는 미립자 성분을 제거하여 시트파일(10)의 매설 및 인발을 용이하게 할 수 있게 되고 시트파일(10)의 주변에 형성되는 구라우트층(2)을 통해 투수를 방지할 수 있게 됨은 물론 시트파일 설치지반의 강도를 한층 높여 시트파일 및 지반의 침하를 방지할 수 있게 된다.The present invention relates to a sheet pile installation method improved to be able to easily and quickly pull out the strings used in various civil engineering sites, and at the same time, conventionally present in the sheet pile installation ground There were many difficulties in laying pile piles due to obstacles such as amber stones and stone, and there were many cases where the pile pile could not be installed until the target depth.
