Abstract
본 발명은 섬유기계의 일종인 텐터(Tenter)기에 있어, 고온의 열풍을 섬유원단에 공급케 하는 히트세팅(Heat Setting)공정 또는 건조(Drying)공정 또는 열처리에 의한 수축공정등을 수행하기 위해 이용되는 텐터기 및 건조기의 노즐에 미치는 고온공기의 분사방향과 풍압조절 방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것으로, 열교환기, 가이드 덕트, 노즐로 이루어지는 텐터기에 있어, 노즐의 내부에 일정한 기울기를 둔 상부 경사면에 노즐공이 형성된 정류판을 삽입하여 유도쳄버와 정체쳄버를 3획하여 주는 수단을 취하여 고온공기를 정류판의 노즐공에서 방향성을 제어한 상태에서 정체쳄버에 공급된 다음 노즐의 노즐공에서 분사되도록 하여 섬유원단 상에는 수직방향으로 분사 시킬 수 있게 하고, 노즐에 미치는 발생풍압을 그대로 노즐에서 평형을 유지토록 하는 것에 그 특징이 있다.The present invention is used to perform a heat setting process, a drying process, or a shrinkage process by heat treatment in a tenter, which is a kind of a textile machine, to supply high temperature hot air to a fiber fabric.
