Abstract
본 발명은 안티센스 방향으로 가광견병 바이러스 서열, 특히 PRV의 gII 부위로 부터의 서열을 함유하는 폴리뉴클레오티드, 그의 제조방법 및 그의 용도에 관한 것이다.
Description
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 PRV의 gII 부위를 포함하는 PRV의 제한지도의 한 부분 및 예로써 인용된 안티센스 작제물의 위치를 나타낸다.
제2도는 벡터의 SV40초기 프로모터에 대해 안티센스 방향으로 180bp길이의 PRV-gII단편(서열범위 879-1058)을 갖는 pBEH의 벡터지도를 나타낸다.
제3도는 진핵성 발현벡터의 프로모터에 대해 안티센스 방향으로, 진핵세포내에서 PRV에 대한 고도의 내성을 야기시키는 PRV gII 부위에서 유래한 180bp 길이의 DNA단편(서열범위 879-1058)의 뉴클레오티드 염기서열을 나타낸다.

- 프로모터 서열에 대해 안티센스 방향으로 위치하는 PRV 유전자 서열을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 안티센스 DNA 폴리뉴클레오티드.
- 프로모터 서열에 대해 안티센스 방향으로 위치하는 것으로 PRV 의 gII 부위로부터 유래한 유전자 서열을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 안티센스 DNA 폴리뉴클레오티드.
- 프로모터 서열에 대해 안티센스 방향으로 위치하는 것으로, PRV의 gII 부위의 뉴클레오티드 서열 879-1058에 상응하는 180bp 크기의 부위를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 안티센스 DNA 폴리뉴클레오티드.
- PRV의 유전자 서열을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 안티센스 RNA 폴리뉴클레오티드.
- PRV의 gII 부위로 부터 유리한 유전자 서열을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 안티센스 RNA 폴리뉴클레오티드.
- PRV의 gII 부위d의 뉴클레오티드 서열 879-1058에 상응하는 180bp 크기의 부위를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 안티센스 RNA 폴리 뉴클레오티드.

- 제7항 내지 9항중의 어느 하나에 따르는 안티센스 올리고 뉴클레오티드를 동물에게 투여함을 특징으로 하여 PRV 감염을 억제 시키는 방법.
