Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 전명창 및/또는 후면창의 가장자리에 투명한 우리 프리머 재료 및, 그후의 검은 우리 프리머 재료를 도포하는 방법에 관한 것인바, 그러한 프리머 재료를 분할 흐름이나 방울로 분사하기 위한 분배기가 사용된다. 그 흐름이나 방울들은 히복될 영역내에 잔류하거나 혹은 어떤 편향된 프리머 재료가 주위 표면상에 튀기거나 과분무되지 않고 펠트 위크에 의해 포집된다. 분배되는 프리머 재료의 흐름이나 방울을 모니터하기 위하여 광검출기가 이용된다.

Claims (10)

  1. 차량용 유리 제조 방법에 있어서, 펠트 위크(felt wick) 및 분배 수단을 유리에 대하여 이동되게 하는 단계, 유리의 예정 부위를 벗어나서 액체 프리머 재료가 도포되는 것을 실질적으로 회피하면서, 액체 프리머 재료의 편향된 방울이나 입자가 유리의 예정 부위내에 실질적으로 유지되거나 혹은 펠트 위크에 의해 포집되도록 유리의 예정부위상에 액체 프리머 재료를 단속적으로 (intermittently)분배하여 충돌시키는 단계 및, 분배된 액체프리머 재료를 예정 영역 전체에 걸쳐 분산시키는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 유리 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서. 액체 프리머 재료는 45°미만의 경사각으로 유리에 충돌하는 방향을 취하며, 액체 프리머 재료의 분할 흐름(discrete steam) 또는 방울이 펠트 위크를 운반하는 그립퍼 조립체 아래의 영역에 있는 유리의 예정 영역에 충돌하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 유리 제조 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서. 액체 프리머 재료의 단속적 분배가 유리의 예정 부위에 걸쳐 예정된 방법으로 변동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 유리 제조 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 분배되는 분할 흐름 또는 방울에 상응하는 신호 발생 단계와,상기 신호를 기준치와 비교하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 유리 제조 방법.
  5. 차량용 유리 제조 방법에 있어서, a)분배 수단으로 하여금 유리에 대하여 이동되게 하는 단계, b)액체 프리머 재료를 분할 흐름 혹은 방울을 형성하도록 단속적으로 분배하는 단계, c)분배된 분할 흐름 또는 방울에 상응하는 신호 발생 단계, d)유리의 예정 영억에 걸쳐 분배된 프리머 재료를 분산시키는 단계 및, e)상기 신호를 기준 신호와 비교하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 유리 제조 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 신호가 소정 간격에 걸쳐 분배되는 분할 흐름이나 방울의 총수에 상응하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 유리 제조 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 광선 전달 단계, 분할 흐름이나 방울을 광선과 교차시키는 단계 및 광선내의 흐름이나 방울의 유무에 응답하는 신호를 발생시키는 단계를 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 유리 제조 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서 광선중에 흐름이나 방울이 존재하는 것과 다음의 광선중에 다른 흐름이나 방울이 존재하는 것 상이의 간격에 상응하는 신호 발생 단계를 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 유리 제조 방법.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 신호가, 소정 시간 간격에 걸쳐서 상기 유리로 분배되는 유체의 체적을 결정하고, 상응하는 측정 신호를 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 유리 제조 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 광선중에 분할 흐름 또는 방울의 존재에 상응하는 신호를 발생시키는 단계 및 소정 간격에 걸쳐 비임중의 분할 흐름이나 방울의 존재에 상응하는 각 신호의 합에 상응하는 상기 특정 신호를 발생하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 유리 제조 방법.
