Abstract

본 발명은 정밀 공예품, 미술품, 금형 및 기계부품 등의 주조에 사용될 수 있는 석고주형을 이용한 정밀 주조법 및 자연물을 원형으로 사용하기 위해 필요한 강도향상법을 이용한 공예품의 주조방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 (a)자연물을 모형으로 이용하기 위해 손질한 후 무전해도금을 통해 모형을 강화시키는 단계, (b)상기 모형에 고무를 도포하여 경화시킨후 모형을 제거하여 고무형을 재조립하는 단계, (c)상기 고무형에 용융된 왁스를 주입한 후 응고시켜 얻은 왁스 모형을 손질하여 탕구계를 설치하는 단계, (d)상기 왁스모형에 주형용 석고슬러리를 도포하여 석고주형을 제조하는 단계, (e)상기 석고주형을 상기 왁스원형의 융점정도로 가열하여 왁스를 녹여낸후 가열로에서 석고주형을 300~400℃로 소성시키는 단계 및 (f)상기 석고주형에 용융금속을 주입하는 단계로 구성되어 고정밀도 및 높은 재현성의 제품을 얻을 수 있도록 한 공예품의 주조방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (2)

  1. (a)자연을 모형으로 이용하기 위해 손질한 후 무전해도금을 통해 모형을 강화시키는 단계; (b)상기 모형에 고무를 도포하여 경화시킨 후 모형을 제거하여 고무형을 재조립하는 단계; (c)상기 고무형에 용융된 왁스를 주입한 후 응고시켜 얻은 왁스모형을 손질하여 탕구계를 설치하는 단계; (d)상기 왁스모형에 주형용 석고 슬러리를 도포하여 석고주형을 제조하는 단계; (e)상기 석고주형을 상기 왁스원형의 융점정도로 가열하여 왁스를 녹여낸 후 가열로에서 석고주형을 300~400℃로 소성시키는 단계; 및 (f)상기 석고주형에 용융금속을 주입하는 단계로 구성되어 고정밀도 및 높은 재현성의 제품을 얻을 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 공예품의 주조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자연물이 곤충, 광물, 식물 또는 동물임을 특징으로 하는 공예품의 주조방법.
