Abstract

유전체 세라믹 자기 콘덴서의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, CaTiO365.82w/o, Bi2O313.70~13.87w/o, La2O310.67w/o, TiO28.13w/o, MgTiO31.31w/o, SiO20.05~0.22w/o, MnCO30.14~0.15w/o로 구성되는 유전체 조성물로서 1270℃~1290℃의 조건에서 소성후 100% Ag전극을 스크린 인쇄, 전극은소하여 제조되는 온도 보상용 자기 콘덴서에 대한 것이다.
본 발명에 의해 원가 절감효과 및 높은 신뢰성을 갖는 수동소자로서의 자기 콘덴서를 얻을수 있게 된다.

Claims (3)

  1. 유전체 자기와 전극으로 구성된 세라믹 콘덴서의 조성물에 있어서, CaTiO365.82w/o, Bi2O313.70~13.87w/o, La2O310.67w/o, MgTiO31.31w/o, SiO20.05~0.22w/o, MnCO30.14~0.15w/o로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 온도 보상용 원판형 고정자기 콘덴서의 유전체 조성물.
  2. CaTiO365.82w/o, Bi2O313.70~13.87w/o, La2O310.67w/o, TiO28.13w/o, MgTiO31.31w/o, SiO20.05~0.22w/o, MnCO30.14~0.15w/o로 구성된 유전체 조성물을 습식 혼합하고 건조, 분쇄한후 가압하여 성형체를 제조하고, 전기로에서 1270℃~1290℃의 소성조건으로 소성하고, 소결된 유전체에 100% Ag페이스트를 스크린 인쇄한후 전극표면을 은소하고 납땝함을 특징으로 하는 온도보상용 원판형 고정 자기콘덴서의 제조방법.
  3. CaTiO365.82w/o, Bi2O315.28w/o, La2O310.67w/o, TiO28.13w/o, MnCO30.10w/o로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 온도보상용 원판형 고정 자기 콘덴서의 유전체 조성물.
