본 발명은 농토 작업기용 로타리칼날의 제조방법 및 장치에 관한 것으로, 절단, 적층된 소재를 소재공급수단(1)에 의해 6sec/1개-8sec/1개의 주기로 공급하여 가열수단(2)에 의해 700℃-800℃로 가열하고, 가열된 소재는 그 평면과 일측과 일측을 압연수단(3)과 날성형수단(4)에 의해 소정두께로 압연하여 날을 성형시키며, 이를 다수의 이동수단(7A,7B,7C)에 의해 벤딩수단(5)과 성형수단(6)의 펀칭부(6A) 드로잉부(6B)를 차례로 이송시키면서 설계형태로 성형하여 완성된 로타리 칼날을 얻도록 함으로써, 작업인원과 생산단가의 절감, 생산성향상을 도모하고 제품의 크기에 구애됨없이 규격표준화를 구현하게 된 것이다.The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for manufacturing a rotary blade for a farmland working machine.
