Abstract

본 발명은 전자 레인지등과 같이 마이크로파를 이용하여 음식물을 가열 조리하는 가열기기에 사용되는 마그테트론에 있어서, 마이크로파의 누설이 방지되도록 누설방지구조에 대한 것으로서, 필터케이스(5)와 차폐통체(6), 이 차폐통체(6)와 금속판(8)사이의 기밀을 유지시켜 마이크로파가 마그네트론 외부로 누설되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 마그네트(3)와 음극시스템사이에 개재시키는 금속제 차폐통체(6)를 필터케이스(5)와 결합하도록 함에 있어서, 이 필터케이스(5)의 음극시스템 삽입구(51)의 주연부(52)를 상향연장되게 형성되어 이 주연부의 외주면에 상기 차폐통체(6)의 하단 주연부(61)를 압입결착시켜 구성함을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론의 마이크로파 누설방지구조.

Claims (3)

  1. 필터케이스(5)와 차폐통제(6), 이 차폐통체(6)와 금속관(8) 사이의 기밀을 유지시켜 마이크로파가 마그테트론외부로 누설되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 마그네트(3)와 음극시스템사이에 개재시키는 금속제 차폐통체(6)를 필터케이스(5)와 결합토록 함에 있어서, 이 필터케이스(5)의 음극스템 삽입구(51)의 주연부(52)를 상향연장되게 형성하여 이 주연부의 외주면에 상기 차폐통체(6)의 하단 주연부(61)를 압입결착시켜 구성함을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론의 마이크로파 누설방지구조.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 음극스템삽입구(51)의 주연부(52) 상단부분을 내측으로 경사지게 형성하여 차폐통체(6)의 하단 주연부(61)가 용이하게 압입되도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론의 마이크로파 누설방지구조.
  3. 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 음극스템 삽입구(51)의 주연부(52)외경을 차폐통체(6)의 하단 주연부(61) 내경보다 조금 크게 형성하여 주연부(52)가 주연부(61)내로 압입되게 구성함을 특징으로 하는 마그네트론의 마이크로파 누설방지장치.
