Abstract
본 발명의 고급 α-올레핀 공중합체는 특정 고급 α-올레핀, 특정 α,ω-디엔 및 특정 비공액디엔의 공중합체이며, 이는 고급 α-올레핀 대 α,ω-디엔의 특정 몰비와, 비공액디엔의 특정함량과, 특정 고유점도를 가지며, 이는 특정 고체티탄촉매성분으로부터 형성된 올레핀 중합용 촉매와, 유기금속화합물 촉매성분과, 전자공여체 촉매성분을 사용하여 제조할 수 있고, 본 발명의 방진고무성형품은 상술한 공중합체의 가황품으로 부터 제조되며, 상술한 공중합체는 내후성, 내오존성, 열노후내성, 저온특성, 방진특성 및 동적피로내성 뿐만아니라 가공성이 우수하므로 우수한 가황품을 얻을 수 있다.

Claims (4)
- 탄소수 6~20를 갖는 고급 α-올레핀, 하기식[1]으로 나타낸 α,ω-디엔 및 하기식(Ⅱ)으로 나타낸 비공액 디엔의 고급 α-올레핀 공중합체이며, (A) 고급 α-올레핀 대 α,ω-디엔의 몰비[고급 α-올레핀/α,ω-디엔]가 95/5~50/50이고, (B) 비공액디엔의 함량이 0.01~30몰%이고, (C) 135℃의 데카린중에서 측정할때 고유점두[n]가 1.0~10㎗/g인 것이 특징인 고급 α-올레핀 공중합체.식중 n은 1~3의 정수이고, R1과 R2는 각각 독립적으로 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1~8를 갖는 알킬기이고,하기식(Ⅱ)으로 나타낸 비공액디엔의 고급 α-올레핀 공중합체의 가황물이며, (A) 고급 α-올레핀/α,ω-디엔의 몰비[고급 α-올레핀/α,ω-엔디]가 95/5~50/50이고, (B) 비공액디엔의 함량이 0.01~30몰%이고, (C) 135℃의 데카린중에서 측정할때 고유점도 (n)가 1.0~10.0㎗/g인 것이 특징인 방진고무성형품.식중 n은 1~3의 정수이고, R1과 R2는 각각 독립적으로 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1~8를 갖는 알킬기이고식중 n은 1~5의 정수이고, R3은 탄소수1~4를 갖는 알킬기이고, R4및 R5는 각각 독립적으로 수소원자 또는 수소원자가 아닐 경우 탄소수 1~8를 갖는 알킬기이다.
